We just got our new dog bed for our border collie. She’s a kennel dog. The whole package was may a pound in weight. I paid $100.00 The extra large was $60.00 when I purchased this?? You can get a great dog bed at Costco for around $60.00 I’ll redo this review if it lasts a LONG time. ☝🏿🤞🏼

Beds are great and a good size for the money, I got the xlg and my big shepherd is a little over 100 lbs and has lots of room. They are light weight to move outta the way when cleaning the floors, but they don’t sink down when the dogs are laying on them. Seems very sturdy. The dogs like them. They came in a small box so I was worried but as soon as I started taking the plastic off the foam it started expanding super quick. Crazy how much foam was in there really lol. They seem to dry really quick as well. My dogs are in and out of the water all the time in the summer and the old beds would get wet and stay wet and then get smelly. These seem to be dry once the fabric is dry. The covers are removable, so you can put them in the washer. They are still newish so we will see how they stand up over time, but so far I am happy I purchased them.

This dog bed at tvis price point could not have been better, the inside is similar to an egg carton style mattress topper and was thick and firm, the cover zipped around the bed and feels durable but one side is plush ! For the procepoint I would order a hundred times over and teccomemd to anyone i know looking for a dog bed!

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good bed and my dog uses it when she wants to… I had to wash & reverse the cover soon after purchase because it’s hot where we live. It doesn’t have a double zipper, so turning the cover inside out to use the cooler surface is tricky, and it also looks a little raggedy, like it’s inside-out. Doggie has nipped at the cover and made a few small cuts in it. What I did was buy another, canvas-like cover to put over it for use in hot Texas weather (a good bit of the year). I don’t plan to even try reversing the dog bed cover again. So if that’s a feature you’re wanting as much as I wanted it, this might not be the ideal dog bed for you.

So everything was perfect when it arrived. It was the perfect fit for our crate, it looked cute, easy to install, and affordable. But it didn’t hold up long at all like we thought it would. My pup ripped it open to shreds within a month. Another note to add, it does pill and we have a fabric shaver and it still couldn’t get the pilling off. It was easy to remove and wash though.
