Liked 4-meter cable. And the arrange of outlets makes less interference for large adapter

I purchased this power strip as A it was advertised as a surge suppressor, had the switch to turn on/of a reset button/safety valve for power surges without the need to unplug the power strip B for the small and convenient size. We have a large dresser in front of one of our wall outlets and It was just the right size to fit. And C for the thick protected cord it came with. The surge suppressors we have used in the past with the thin cords tended to overheat. I have been using it for 6 months now and am happy to say I would repurchase this item as it has had no problems.
I agree with the post:
This is a great power strip for dorm rooms or living with one or more people in general. As a college student, power outlets are hard to reserve and nowadays, we are absorbed by technology. It’s a great power strip if your outlet isn’t near the space you want your tech stuff in. I can have a fridge, microwave, toaster over, phone charger, laptop charger, and beats pill charger in all at the same time which is so convenient. If I am not using something, it’s nice that I can shut this strip off or just plug it all out at once, instead of individually. Other than that, I am a big fan and would highly recommend for college students or people living in small spaces!

I wish there were more space between the outlets for bulkier chargers

You get what you pay for! I’ll say I’ll scream it till I die!
The power outlets are like many other poweroutlets. Belkin spared no expenses on the actual cord to the bar as it’s fairly thick and armored. The bar has surge protection. The on/off button does not light up which is a pro to me as I don’t like extra lights but maybe you don’t like this.
This power bar is extremely plasticky and cheap feeling. The cord is two feet but I imagine you already know this. These drawbacks are expected since the two bars are so cheap. They’re great for buying a chucking on the common room floor and having people plug in for their phones. I wouldn’t use it for like a fridge or a computer, get a better quality one.
Pros: Cheap, light weight, on/off doesn’t light up
Cons: Plasticky, short cord, I wouldn’t plug expensive things in because of such cheap materials.

I was disappointed that this power bar do not have a red power light indicating when the power is turned on. They have a red on and off button but there is no led light provided with this model.

I got the 2 pack, 200 joule protection model which is more protection than ill ever need. In my opinion, belkin is probably one of my favorite companies, mainly due to their high quality products. Finding a powerstrip this good of quality for the price of 2 is hard to come by. I already have a Tripp Lite TLP606 and was going to buy another one until I saw this one. What made me choose this one over the other was the price and amount of protection. I know ill only need 200 joules and not 790. Not to mention you get two instead of one. Ive had this stip for 2 weeks and is still strong!

Review:
I mean there is not much to say about this product. You get what you purchase. Whatever you see in the image is going to be exactly what you get. There is nothing special about these, but yet again, I needed power strips for my desk and these work great.
I have been using these for 3 years now and none of the ports have failed. Everything is stable, secure, and works like they should.
The cord at 2ft is a little bit short, and I would highly advice anyone looking in the market today to purchase a power strip with at least 5ft. Trust-me. You will need it. Don’t tell me I didn’t warn you!
But anyway, besides the cords being very short and kind of a pain working with a short strip, I cannot complain. I mean they explicitly state in the product description and the title the total length of the cord. I purchased this product knowing its true length. Therefore, I will not penalize or remove a star from this review since it was my fault and not the company’s.
Although, I would highly suggest this product. It works fantastically, and like I said I have been using all of the ports for 3 years now and none of them have failed. They still work like I have purchased the strips from day one. Great quality build and great product. Highly recommend.
I hope this review helps you make the decision about this device. If you need anything just message me, I promise to reply within the same day, I am happy to talk to you about any product that you are in the market for. Trust me. Whatever it is, I have most likely tried it. Thank you for reading this review.
Have fun shopping! ๐

As with all surge protectors, it works well.
I haven’t had storms yet to actually test it in a power surge or anything, but it works.
I brought it on a bus (long 17 hour trip) that had a power outlet and used it to add more power outlets so I could plug in multiple devices without feeling guilty for using up outlets.
I use these everywhere.
I use them to plug in computers and all of their components. Electronics take up a lot of outlets, so these really do come in handy.
I haven’t had any issues with them yet, and don’t think I will any time soon. It just works.
I would buy again if the need arises. It’s totally worth the money for me.

hard to find a power cord in stores that is longer than 6 feet, this one is perfect.

I can’t believe how many years went by with my thinking that what I was using was a surge progtector, when it was just a power cord. It took loosing a four month old laptop to a power surge during hurricane Sandy. I first bought the much larger version of the Benkin surge protector, it’s the one that can accomodate twelve items and it rotates to hold any size plug you have. I put it in my home office. Then I set out to install these throughout the house where we plug in the laptops and the TV’s. There’s so reasonably priced, it’s crazy not to have them. If I have one complaint on this last purchase, it’s that I ordered the ones with the two foot cord. I should have ordered the four foot version, sometimes it’s just to difficult to reach beside a sofa or some piece of furniture with the two foot version. But, that’s not a fault of the product.
