Used this fresh out of the box as soon as it was delivered. My husband and I are both teachers- with four cats. We have zero time and zero energy to keep up with our floors- so something like this that makes it easy to vacuum and mop at the same time is an immediate winner.
Pros:
– easy to use, just like a vacuum.
– comes with trial cleaners, which don’t smell horrid like other brands
-plug in! Don’t have to bother with making sure it’s charged
– clear and basic buttons. Easy to figure out right out of the box. (Directions were also included)
– lights the area you are cleaning. I’ve never had this before- I love it.
– small enough to do stairs easy, but big enough to make a larger room doable no probs.
Cons:
– it’s loud! Just like an old school 2000’s vacuum.
– heavy (but still easy to push and pull)
– MUST be cleaned out after each use( but this is SO easy to do)
– have to work slower than using a vacuum
– small dirty water tank. (It does make a different sound when it is full- so if you are paying attention you won’t have the issue of it spilling out.)

After using it immediately upon arriving, this was a great addition to our cleaning appliances. The steam took about 30 seconds to get going. When you see a tough spot, you likely need to go over it a couple times. This works fantastic. Check the video out and see the result. It’s been a while since we’ve cleaned our floors. Any parent would take this appliance right away!! Especially if you have kids and hard floors.
The setup was easy. Make sure you read the cleaning instructions after use. This does need cleaned right away to avoid any mold etc and then the brush needs to sit out for about 24 hours. The floor dries very quickly too.
This will be used a lot, you don’t realize how dirty your floor is until you get the steam and the soap going. The steam worked so well, you can smell it cleaning right away and knew it was working instantly. Similarly how when you get your teeth cleaned and you smell the stuff on your teeth 🦷 coming right off.
ALSO! The long cord is fantastic.
The Durability of this is solid! It’s heavy duty and has some weight to it. The suction of this is great too HOWEVER I would not use this to suck up wet noodles 🍜 , it may take a little longer to clean up the brush and all the particles it makes.
Definitely a great buy, I look forward to using this quite a bit.

This vacuum is the best I’ve ever used on my hardwood floors in my kitchen, hallways, and bathroom. It’s easy and intuitive to use and includes a quick start guide. The vacuum works well for both vacuuming and cleaning the floor. Because the roller spins continously, you don’t have to go over the same areas again and again. The only time I had to go over an area twice was when there were black scuffs or sticky messes. It was not able to unstick and remove dried stuck on messes, but it was able to clean and vacuum it up after I scratched off the bits.
The entire system seems well planned for easy use. The dirty water reservoir has a strainer so you can remove solid bits, dog hair, etc. from the water before you pour it down the drain. The self cleaning feature is one of my favorite parts because it’s easy and doesn’t involve taking anything apart, but it leaves the vacuum clean and smell free for the next use. The vacuum includes a tray for storage and the self cleaning cycle, the cord is very long so you can get pretty far, and the dry setting helps dry the floors fast.
I bought this when I was looking to buy a new pad for my Shark floor steamer and saw this had considerably more features that more than compensated for the higher price. These differences included – a fast self cleaning cycle versus having to remove the cover and put it in the wash, the ability to stand on it’s own instead of falling over unless carefully rested against something, and a scrubbing brush versus a stationary pad.

As first / initial time using this product (and compared to sweeping / mopping) the same areas, I’d have to say that I’m fairly impressed. I believe that I would delay or maybe avoid the prior for the time and hassle involved in all aspects of the process, using this machine made everything a lot more timely and efficient. Where the cord is 25′ some may say it is short, I think it’s about average or fair – not to have too / long or too short. I asked a friend about his (same or similar model?) and said he didn’t like that it left streaks – I really don’t care for being able to get the job done, and for 1/3rd to 1/4 of the time and hassle. Internal cleaning feature seems good / nice touch. I’d like to see how long it lasts and how it does over time. For now it’s a Thumbs up & higher rating for me!
