Heat food well
Always smile –
It came missing parts, no adapter to install turntable and button to open door almost impossible to open. Very disappointing, not the quality I expected, I even called their customer care and no follow through

After tons of researching, we bought a Toshiba. We have already returned it!
Having had the Black & Decker only a couple of weeks, I can say that it’s okay so far; our only real complaint is that the button to open the door is hard – you cannot simply press it with something in your other hand. And when the heating function is complete, the microwave gives 5 beeps – and the beeps don’t stop until all 5 beeps have sounded (in other words, opening the door in the middle of the beeps doesn’t stop the cycle of 5 beeps!). Annoying, but not a major issue.
There may appear to be lots of choices, but there are only 2 producers of microwaves left; the difference is the brand name affixed to the product; therefore, the control panels and options all appear pretty similar.
Overall, I wish I had my old Kenmore that we had for approx 30 years! But life goes on.

The microwave looks good but is very loud. I’m afraid to use it.

My 95 y/o father REALLY has a hard time pushing the button to open the door. Truth be told, i’m only 62, but I have a hard time as well. I called B&D to see if there was a fix for this, and I was told, “no fix, return the unit”, so that’s what I’m gonna do.
