Originally bought for my mom she’s elder and microwave all her mom’s meals. Has had for 4&1/2 years still looks great and works great
It’s Jan 2024 it’s still working like fist day and easy to clean.

I bought this microwave to replace one that had served me well for about two decades. So it has “big shoes” to fill! So far it is doing just fine. I was able to figure out how to work all the settings I normally use without consulting the owner’s manual — meaning they were intuitive for a veteran microwave user. I especially like how this model manages to vent steam and odors out after cooking, without my needing to leave the door open, as I did with my old microwave. The clock is accurate, though it does not alert me with a “RESET” notice after the power goes out. The turntable is a little less stable than I’d like, but it’s okay. The unit sticks out from the back wall farther than my old one did, resulting in less prep room on the counter in front of it. But I’m happy.

This Microwave is a great value, Light and a small footprint make it ideal for the smaller kitchen for reheating and defrosting purposes. It will take a dinner plate sized dish and it does have a turntable. at 900 Watts it is efficient and fast.

It does everything you expect it to do, at a great price. Two minor complaints:
1) The feet don’t grip my countertop well. Opening and closing the door made it slide around. But a few small pieces of rubber shelf liner under the feet solved that.
2) When reaches the end of the programmed time, it will beep five times and NOTHING will stop the beeps. Open the door, press Stop, whatever – the beeps will go on. You’d think that opening the door would be a clear indication that yes, I know my food is ready.

I have been using it for a couple of months. Easy to use and simple. I mostly heat leftovers or frozen items.
Not an everyday user, and it is reliable. I have had no problems with it and am very happy with this purchase. I had an old Black and Decker which still functions, this one is a bit larger.

The seller responded quickly to an inquiery about a delivery. They were friendly fast and certeous.
Regarding the microwave itself, as others noted it is a bit loud. But at the end of the day it turns on, heats up and works. It’s a great product for the price so who cares? If this craps out on me in a few months I’ll update this review… and just buy a new one. But again for the price you can’t go wrong even to get a year out of it. If you’re complaining about more time spend more money.

This is not very effective to start with. Two minutes to warm up a medium size cup of tea. The worst part was we just had a FIRE in it!!!! No metal or anything else that’s not ok to use in a microwave. So after less than a year of using a few times a week it’s useless. Don’t buy this!!!
