I wanted a new regular grill, hubby wanted to try a blackstone. We found this duo and it suits us just fine. Only issue we have found is when we try to use both sides at the same time, both sides take forever to heat up and cook food. Use just one side or the other and it’s great. Also it’s supposed to be portable but it’s SUPER heavy and not that easy to fold so we won’t be moving it, but we don’t intend to either. I do wish they made this style as a regular grill as well vs just a “portable” one.

I love the triple usage of this grill. I have had it for approx. 2 months now and have used it over 2 dozen times (2-3 a week). I have used the burner, the grill feature, and the griddle. one thing to note is that the heat distribution is not entirely even (which is expected), but it actually works in my favor because I can move my food to lesser heat area. This is a must have if you are camping, spending time at the beach (I go to Santa Cruz a lot), or at a park. It is a bit on the heavy side so make sure you have two people carrying it in your truck/SUV. all in all I would say I have been very happy with my purchase. Will try to upload pics soon.

Put together and igniter didn’t work on the first time trying to light it. Can’t get any help from seller, there answer is to contact Blackstone.. very heavy and was excited to use but agree with the hard to light it with lighter.. they want me to take it somewhere and return it. Hell no, it’s heavy and I didn’t same a broken product..

Product arrived on time but was damaged . Got with Amazon and the customer , made me a cash reduction on the order and I kept . I put together today wasn’t too bad after I did some work on it . The griddle side is offset and scrapes against the grill lid. There is no customer support phone number. You can go on the website and request a call, which I did, but it’s been 3 days with no call. Desperate to try something, I removed and reversed the two pieces that would support a pot or pan, shown in my last photo), which come factory installed (and are tough to remove as the screws are super tight). It worked! I just got lucky. There’s no way I could have disassembled and repackaged all of those parts to return it. It took 2 – 2 1/2 hours to assemble. All of that said, it now works great.

The whole entire unit delivered in mint condition, set up took 20 minutes. Idk what the other idiot said about 2 differnt types of screw drivers needed but they were all Phillips head, and for the entitled one that stated a screw driver was not included, any home owner should have a screw driver especially if your buying a grill. The grill is phenomenal. We’ll done!!!!!!
