Bormioli Rocco Romantic Candy 16 oz. Cooler Glasses

I do love these beautiful and sturdy glasses. They were a little more than I wanted to pay but they are so pretty and my guests comment on them every time I serve ice tea or lemon water in them. Sometimes you just need something lovely.

Am tired of drinking glasses that easily break in the dishwasher. The glassware from this brand are sturdier..and this set is so pretty!

Finally a 16 oz Perfect Fit Glass with Class. After reviewing many types & styles this glass has all the great qualities. It’s heavy enough to not topple over being steady on it’s thick bottom especially for those of us who are constantly knocking things over & breaking glass. It holds more liquid so refills don’t need to take place every half hour for those of us who are adamant water drinkers plus it seems to keep the ice colder & last longer. The color & style is elegant to look at & clear enough to view what’s inside of it when mixing drinks with extras like fruits. The biggest plus for my satisfaction is they arrived unbroken without any mgf flaws visable to the eye. I’m hopeful over time if I stack them they will uphold their unscathed beauty.
The down side is I already purchased a set of 6 glasses in the deep colors I wanted but according to the manufacturer they only came in a 12oz size. I wanted a set of glasses in 16 oz deep purple & deep red color instead of blue or a set of mixed colors but couldn’t find any. In addition I wanted 6 in a set not 4 however the price was inflated to over $1 each for a set of 6 so I will now need to purchase 2 more sets of 4 in order to obtain 12 glasses. It’s worth it to me to purchase this way & save $1 each. Highly recommend this product. If anything changes I will post an update. Thank you for reading my review.

I chose the blue glasses to work with our bathroom colors. I also picked the 16 oz size which is a nice drinking glass size. The design of the glassware makes them easy to pick up and grip – especially if your hands are wet. The description of the blue glasses says the color is lacquered so I don’t know how they will hold up. The description on Amazon also says they can be put in the dishwasher. The description on the manufacturer’s site says they cannot be put in the dishwasher or the lacquer will wear off. So I will see, but they were quite inexpensive.

I purchased a light blue set and very happy with it. The design on the cups makes holding an iced cup much easier and not likely to slip. The color is pristine, reasonable price and glass weight. Very pleased with my purchase.
