I got this set for my nephew for his 3rd birthday present. He loves to dress up and play pretend. The outfits are adorable, fit him well and he has enjoyed wearing them around.

This is for a dress up box for 4 – 7 year old girls. I love that the outfits are for a scientist, an explorer and a gardener, not the usual frilly princess stuff. Added a chef outfit from another seller and will include a measuring tape, measuring spoons, a wooden spoon, some inexpensive binoculars and a compass….makes a good group gift for siblings.

Wanting to avoid the usual fairy-princess crap, I selected this set of dress-up costumes for my granddaughter’s second birthday. The items are well-made and sturdy, and she immediately put on the firefighter costume. There are accessories for each costume. Her doctor dad, cop uncle, and chef grandpa, and gardener great-grandmother will enjoy playing with their little helper in the appropriate costume.

The costume quality is inconsistent. For example, the doctor coat was poorly stitched and thin, while the firefighter jacket is excellent quality; well made, thick fabric, and it even has reflector tape on it. The whistle works, but the magnifying glass is hazy so you can’t look through it. The gardening tools are metal, but the firefighter hat is a cheap thin plastic. The box it comes in is flimsy, but cute. My son loves the costumes so I am happy, but I think quality control is a bit lacking and it’s overpriced as a result.

My grandchildren enjoyed playing with these costumes so much at my local library that I decided to order some for them. Every time I FaceTime with them now I am greeted by a little chef or doctor or one of the others. The costumes are of excellent quality, and I expect that they will bring years of fun!
