  1. This is very helpful I love it

    I’m a layperson, so let me first say I purchased these after much research but based on a “general audience’s” needs. What I mean by that, is my boyfriend mixes music, and while these are high quality this review isn’t for those types of people. This is for more layperson type of needs.
    1. I actually used chat gpt to compare and contrast numerous headphones based on my desires so if you’re needing help choosing that was very helpful to me.
    2. My needs were as follows: light, comfortable, noise cancelling, color, Bluetooth across devices, and ease of app use.
    3. I discovered that these headphones outdo their Sony competition specifically because they’re lighter and they don’t drop Bluetooth when you move to your computer from your phone for example. I found Sony has issues trying to switch back to your phone when on computer.
    Bluetooth is very important to me and a top need. I switch between devices enough for that to be a serious issue for me.
    4. I have a tiny head and am a 5’2 woman. I don’t have large proportions. For example my boyfriend is 6 foot with a large head and headphone weight won’t affect him the same way. For me headphones can literally be too heavy and fatiguing so my other main qualifier was that these are lighter than all but 1 of the top 7 brands out there.
    5. The cushion on these is shockingly luxurious and an added bonus.
    6. I get a mean case of sensitive ears, I always have. When I run my ears ache, in the cold my ears ache, if I am in a plane they ache. I am part of a certain population percentage (I’ve googled it’s around 30% but fact check me- this is for you though if you are like me) who have ear canals that actually can be very painful with the wrong pressure. For this reason I’m fairly picky about headphones which apply a significant amount of pressure. These headphones have not triggered this issue for me.
    7. I wanted good plane headphones and these will be great if I lean my head on the window area. The band doesn’t dig.
    8. They look really nice.
    9. The color options are cute
    10. The case is nice
    11. I heard for Sony there was popping on phone calls and it therefore became between these and Apple however apples are very very heavy. I ended up going with these for that reason. I have used them for numerous phone calls and haven’t had the issues, and people hear me easily and have had no issues hearing me. I did have popping once but I think it’s on the end of the person you’re on the phone with. My cousin was in his car shouting into his Bluetooth and I feel if he had been quieter it wouldn’t have happened. The popping has never occurred with music and is specific to a loud shout from someone on their own CarPlay so no biggie. Otherwise zero pop
    12. The noise cancelling is exceptional, I put them on and don’t play anything, but can no longer hear my AC at all. You understand generally the sound of constant AC. Like vrrrrrrrrr. It’s completely gone.
    13. Soothing without music to just make things less loud. Suitable for autistics who want a quieting incognito headphone that changes, also more comfy than alternative ear covers. (I am AuDHD.)
    14. Music can get really loud and nice lots of depth (layerperson opinion but my boyfriend said the sound quality is great and the next step up is just studio mixing headphones)
    15. If you wait for prime day or other sales they’re 150$ off usually (better than every other competitors prime or Black Friday deals)
    16. They seem durable and collapse in many ways so you can’t easily break them.
    17. The app has had no issues for me. Online there’s some app complaints and I have not run into them at all. The app seems to me very easy to navigate.

    (I own a pair of Sony XM4s also. So, all of my comparison is being made with that device.)
    Quality 7/10 =>
    First off, the bat, this feels like a premium product from the packaging and the case that it comes with. But once you open it the headphone itself is very light and the materials is decent so it doesn’t give you that premium feeling. That was my issue, like the Xm4s feel a lot nice and feels like you’ve paid the money for it, these feel a little plasticy and fragile.
    Comfort => 10
    The weight being less is a great factor when it comes to comfort, they sit so lightly on the head and the earcups are large enough that there is no touching anywhere.
    Noise cancelling => 10
    The noise cancelling is better than the XM4s by like a good 10-15%, you can tell difference in the first few seconds of wearing it. Does a good job without creating that vacuum pressure.
    Sound => 8
    The sound off the box is VERY flat. There was no punch in the sound and was a little underwhelming. But the Bose app has a basic EQ that lets you customize it a bit which really helped bring this thing to life. It was a lot better after but still not as good the Sony XM4.
    Price =>9
    Got this for around 17k after card discounts and everything, it is a really good price to own a “Bose”, if you know what i mean. But other than the brand factor and their noise cancelling tech there nothing much you can tell it is worth price. The plastics were feeling a little cheap and the voice that says pairing and connected is a little annoying and sounds like those cheap Chinese devices

    Lo más llamativo es el color y el diseño de estos audífonos, son muy bonitos, grandes pero ligeros la verdad es que no se siente traerlos puestos ya que no lastiman ni cansan al paso de traerlos puestos unas horas. Además de la comodidad son fáciles de limpiar.
    El sonido es de excelente fidelidad, es verdad que el volumen podría ser más alto pero no sería realmente necesario. Lo que más me gustó fue la función de cancelación de ruido, yo personalmente los uso en el gimnasio por lo que usualmente hay mucho ruido y fuerte afuera, sin embargo yo me sumerjo en mi música y el ruido exterior pasa a ser inexistente.
    Otro punto a destacar es el excelente micrófono que tienen, también suelo usarlos en mi trabajo en llamadas y no he tenido problema de que no me entiendan o no se escuche mi voz lo suficiente.
    La duración de la batería es buena, además se cargan al 100% en alrededor de 2 horas o quizá menos y la batería al uso que yo les doy me llega a durar 5 días, para mí está más que bien.
    Nunca había tenido algo de esta marca porque el precio se me hacía bastante elevado y la verdad es que me lo pensé mucho en comprarlos pero si tú al igual que yo estás pensándolo déjame decirte que no te vas a arrepentir porque valen absolutamente cada peso, si les darás un uso diario ten por seguro que será una buena compra.

    * Excellent noise-cancelling; I really appreciate it. Often I wear them without playing music, just to block out ambient noise, it’s very relaxing. Pretty sure these have saved my marriage 🙂
    * Good sound quality
    * Sometimes the pairing can be awkward with multiple devices. Is there way to stop it spelling out the name of the connected device? If you want to focus on something in peace, you don’t want a robot voice telling you “Connected to L – A – P – T – O – P – three – one – four – one – five – nine”
    * Long battery life; easily a whole day even if I’m using them heavily, most people would find they last a week or two between charges. Also they’re USB-C instead of one of the older standards, which helps stop cable profusion
    * Expensive. But worth it.

    As an army combat veteran, I’ve had my fair share of experiences with equipment designed to endure the harshest conditions. When I unboxed the Bose QC45 Noise Cancelling Headphones, I felt an immediate connection—not just to the quality of the product, but also to the striking army green color that resonates deeply with my military background. It’s a hue that evokes memories of resilience, strength, and camaraderie, making these headphones not just a gadget, but a personal statement.

    From the moment I put them on, I was enveloped in a cocoon of serenity. The noise-cancelling technology is nothing short of revolutionary; it feels as if the world outside has been muted, allowing me to immerse myself fully in my music, podcasts, or even the soothing silence I often crave after a long day. The sound quality is breathtaking, delivering rich, nuanced audio that makes every note come alive. Whether it’s the thunderous bass of my favorite tracks or the delicate strings of a classical symphony, the QC45s handle it all with remarkable precision.

    Comfort is paramount, especially for someone like me who has spent countless hours in gear that can be heavy and cumbersome. The QC45s are exceptionally lightweight and feature plush ear cushions that make long listening sessions a delight rather than a chore. I’ve worn them on long flights and during extended periods of downtime, and they never fail to impress with their ergonomic design.

    Additionally, the battery life is phenomenal. With up to 24 hours of wireless playback, I can enjoy uninterrupted listening without the constant worry of recharging. In a world where downtime is a luxury, the Bose QC45s ensure I can savor every moment without interruption.

    Overall, the Bose QC45 Noise Cancelling Headphones have exceeded my expectations in every regard. They are a testament to the brand’s dedication to quality, performance, and innovation. For anyone seeking an unparalleled audio experience—whether you’re a music aficionado, a frequent traveler, or simply someone who appreciates the beauty of silence—these headphones are an invaluable addition to your arsenal. And for veterans like myself, the army green color serves as a proud reminder of our legacy, merging functionality with a touch of personal history. Highly recommended!

    If you had told me any time prior to a few weeks ago, I’d have scoffed at the thought of buying anything other than the cheapest headphones I could find at Walmart.

    Well, I found myself in Staples recently and was bored waiting for my son. I checked out the Bose headphones on display and was immediately blown away at how immersive the sound was.

    Back home I was using my cheap headphones daily for workouts. But now I knew what I was missing out on.
    I had to have them.

    I researched between the QC at $409 and the QC Ultra at almost $500, and read ++ reviews. Mostly here on Amazon.
    In the end I opted for the QC, ordering it through Amazon and not Staples, because Staples does not allow the return of headphones and for that price I wasn’t going to risk it. I would wait the 4-5 days and know that if I wasn’t satisfied, that Amazon would give me a return.

    Well, I have to say, I’m overall impressed, but I also realize that my level of impression is very subjective, coming from someone who has never spent more than $25 on a pair of headphones for myself.

    It is a bit too big for my head but they still fit good for workouts, unless I’m doing something like push-ups or planking, or leaning forward, they will start to slip off.
    The other day I experienced this while leaning over my counter trying to jam stuffing into a gaping turkey hole.
    But I digress.
    The sound cuts out every now and then as others have noted. I only use these for music.
    I love the “aware” and “quiet” feature. And the battery life is astounding. After the first full charge, I made sure to use them until it drained the battery completely. It lasted just about 24hrs. I didn’t listen to music the entire time, maybe 5-6hrs total, but the headphones were turned on the whole time.

    The next time I charged them, I used them and turned them off in between. It’s now been 48hrs and I still am at 50% battery. I feel I’ve used them quite a bit, so I’m very impressed with the battery at this point.

    That’s another thing – I appreciate that it tells you your battery life when you turn the headphones on.

    They are not heavy on the head and it doesn’t create sore spots.

    The sound is crisp and immersive.

    The “quiet” mode works really well even when you aren’t listening to music. It’s very calming.

    I really considered getting the Ultras and wasn’t sure if I was missing out on anything better by sticking to the QCs. So I went back to Staples to test out the Ultra and realized there were some things about it that I didn’t like after all, such as the very sensitive finger swipe volume. I much prefer the buttons of the QC. It’s the little things sometimes. I just overall felt like it wasn’t worth spending that extra hundred dollars.

    I’m conclusion, I love my headphones but I’m just a small town bumpkin that is amused by shiny things. Still can’t believe I spent $400 on headphones though. Like what?

  8. This is very helpful I love it

    The Bose QuietComfort Headphones are absolutely fantastic. From the moment I unboxed them, I was impressed by the sleek design and the high-quality feel. The noise-cancelling feature is top-notch, blocking out almost all background noise, making them perfect for both travel and work environments.

    The sound quality is impeccable, with clear highs, rich mids, and deep bass that truly immerse you in your music or podcasts. The comfort level is also a huge plus—these headphones are lightweight and the ear cushions are incredibly soft, allowing for hours of wear without discomfort.

    The controls are intuitive and easy to use, adding to the overall user-friendly experience. The battery life is also impressive, lasting long enough to get through even the longest of flights or workdays.

    Overall, I highly recommend the Bose QuietComfort Headphones to anyone in search of premium sound quality and unbeatable noise cancellation. Worth every penny!

    This review highlights the key features that make these headphones a great choice.
