This was to replace the factory stereo and I was blown away by all this has for the price It was easy to install and once powered up the sound is just great. The backup cam works really well and I am so impressed by this. People have been in the truck with new cars and cannot believe how nice this is so super happy. The Bluetooth technology is still not as it should be in car stereos a but it works.

I was looking for a car radio to play my cds, that also supported streaming music plus had a rear camera. This radio ticked all the boxes. I was pleasantly surprised. The sound from this radio was very good plus the equalizer mellows out the sound. Great radio, don’t hesitate, buy it now.

I’ll keep this short and sweet. Do not buy. Even though I like the display, the responsiveness of the touch screen. But the most important part. The sound quality is garbage, staticky, low sound. Backup camera is dark. I don’t need to say more, but I can. Do not buy!!!

I liked this radio. I bought it for my daughter in her first car. I went with Boss because of the name brand. Have not been disappointed. I also bought it because of the wide screen for a backup camera. I had to but the cord for it separately but, it worked great. Thanks Amazon for the recommendation cord. Haven’t had any problems from the radio or the cord! I would recommend this to anyone the camera is top-notch, very clear.

Purchased this unit for a 2002 GMC 2500HD and had to purchase an additional special dash trim and wiring harness. I paid to have this installed by a professional because of another DVD system I have in my truck in addition to the “fit” problems. All of this aside, this unit is a cheap excuse for a stereo unit. Description is misleading. USB function is only for charging devices OR music play through a flash drive. I wanted USB capability to plug in my old iPod via usb cable and change music on the screen instead of holding an iPod and changing the song. Bluetooth works fine. Camera is decent but picture is a little grainy. After spending over $500 on this product and installation, I don’t have the funds to take it out and get a new one. Don’t make the same mistake I did, spend the extra money and get a better brand name unit. BOSS customer service was also no better with assistance than this seller.

I bought this deck expecting to be able to screen mirror from my iPhone. It has A app on there called A-link that is supposed to screen mirror but it’s only for androids apparently and I have iPhone. I tried it with my girlfriends phone also which is a android and it don’t work. The sound is good on the deck it puts out good interior sound. But the touch screen is not very good I have to touch things 3 and 4 times to get it to work sometimes. Never have a problem with blue tooth connection my phone connects automatically as soon as I start the car. One of the main things I was looking.for when I bought a deck was power coming out which this one was one of the higher rated dual decks at 320 watts. And screen mirroring so I could watch movies from my phone on it. The back up camera view is very fuzzy also I’m not sure if it’s the camera that came.with it or the deck. Overall I’m happy with the sound it puts out but that’s about it. Everything else besides blue tooth was disappointing tbh.
