Great build. Just have to be careful with the trim guide…if not clipped back properly, it might shave too much off. Once you know that…simply making sure it’s in place, solves it.
I love the dial, so I start trimming my beard with the farthest setting, then dial it back, to not trim too much.
The ear/nose adapter works well also. And…you can do an Australian trim…if you know what I mean….

The trimmer and the attachments seem to be high quality. The case is very poorly designed and has slots for all but 2 attachments, and no possible room for the charging cord. At this price point I expected more from Braun. Lame The other thing that was disappointing was there are no instructions??? Wtf? I am no barber so I didn’t really know which attachments to use for what. I had to experiment by gauging hair from my body. Braun could have spent .75 cents more on production and had a 5 star product.

I have always been a fan of Braun shavers and trimmers. I have had my last one for a very long time and it worked great. The precision from I wouldn’t always win so I decided I would get a new trimmer but the same brand. The performance of the new trimmer exceeded my expectations. My old trimmer I would have to go over the same spot multiple times to get a good trim. With this new trailer, pretty much have to go over a spot once. I only rated it four stars because I feel the engineering could crew with one area. The rotation wheel that you use to adjust the length should have a lock on it. I noticed when I trim my beard, my thumb likes to rest on that rotation wheel. My last trimmer had a lock so I didn’t have to worry about accidentally moving it. Not that I necessarily need it, but it gave me peace of mind. Not sure why they chose not to have a lock with this new version. I still like the trimmer though!
