These are great for starting your seeds in doors. I have mine in my kitchen window that faces the East so it gets a lot of morning sun. I love the rubber bottoms so the seedlings pop out very easily for transplanteing. The bottom tray is perfect to collect any water dripping and they’re great for using over and over again. I used half the pods for one type of seed and the other half for a different seed. The little side ledges are where I wrote my seed notes (name, planting date, and how many days they should take to emerge)
The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish they had clear plastic dome lids to achieve the greenhouse effect. Instead I covered them in plastic wrap which also works well until all the seeds have sprouted.

The seed starting tray concept worked very well from filling, planting and growing plant starts. Considering that this item is a premium cost compared to other seed starting kits, I fully expected it to hold up to the rigors of gardening. However, it did not make it through the first full use. One corner of the bottom tray broke during cleanup with a scrub brush. I am greatly disappointed. This item needs to hold up more than one use. The kit also does not include the clear cover that many other kits contain. I honestly expected better from Burpee

My favorite part of this try is that it is reusable for years to come! It feels decently study and feels like it will last a while. It might be a little more expensive upfront to buy these trays, but it is definitely worth the investment! I think it said it was dishwasher safe, but I still hand washed it just in case.

It’s reusable so go planet earth. if you push from the silicone botton the plant easily comes out . It’s fantastic for not breaking the roots. It’s also not brittle so when I try to get the plant out it will not easily break like others in the market . it’s more expensive but worth it since you can reuse it

Just got this and seems to be easy to use. I will also order the larger one for the window seal. I love the fact that it is easy to release the seedings and the water tray underneath. Don’t let your seeds sit in water though. I do recommend this item.

I love that these are reusable. They seem of decent quality, are pretty sturdy. Unfortunately, some of my trays had been damaged in the warehouse (box was not damaged), and had chips broken out on the corners. I was on a tight planting schedule so I not return them. The damage did not affect their performance for starting seeds, they worked well. Would recommend for any gardener.

These trays work wonders! They are super easy to use, come with a little chart that you can mark which spaces you filled with what. There are raised letters and numbers on each column and row of the tray so it makes it easy to see what you planted.
The trays have flexible silicone bottoms that make it easy to pop out the transplant when you’re ready and the tray it sits on can be used for bottom watering which is very handy.
I’ve had between 80-100% success with germination across multiple types of seeds with these trays this year, would highly recommend just beware: this size tray is the only one that made it to me completely intact, the other size trays arrived broken and had to be replaced.

This is just what I needed to grow basil in my living room. I’m so happy! I did receive one with a broken lid, like some other people have mentioned, but it’s not a huge deal.
