These gloves are definitely higher quality than less expensive ones. In particular, the material on the palm is really nice and there’s a fancy cinch on the wrists that allows you to tighten them so snow or cold air doesn’t get in. The small pockets on the back of each glove are also a nice touch – big enough to fit a key, credit card and a license. I rated them “somewhat small” because I find the fingers to be rather stubby, relative to the overall size of these gloves. But I wear a size 8 and got a large and they fit just fine.
The liner gloves are really nice too! I can easily imagine myself wearing them by themselves in the fall. Not only will they keep out a chill, but they’re really attractive. The bumps on the palm and fingers that make them grippy are actually really pretty; I can imagine myself wearing the gloves upside down and showing off the pretty sparkly “backs.”
Neither the outer or inner gloves work on a smartphone though. You have to take your gloves off to work a touchscreen.

I bought these gloves for outdoor activities in Michigan – I’ve worn them snowboarding and to clear snow as well as just being outdoors in general. I originally bought the extra smalls and had to trade them in for smalls. I do have small hands and the fingers felt great in the extra smalls but they didn’t feel right from the palm to the wrist. The smalls fit much better while still being tight enough to not slip or let the cold in. The wrist straps were a great feature and I love how easy they are to tighten and loosen all of the straps on the gloves. My hands never got cold even after spending a full day learning to snowboard (which meant a lot of time using them to catch myself and push myself up out of the snow). I highly recommend these!

Great gloves. The best I have found at keeping hands dry longer. I have been through many pairs and nothing is perfect but these have been the best so far at staying dry and warm. The top pockets are also great fro keeping your season pass for easy access on the lifts and you can also pop a couple of those hand warmer packets inside for extra warmth. Iโd recommend these and buy them again. They do run a little bit big.

I bought these as I needed a high quality pair of gloves for a trip to Antarctica. These gloves were fantastic. They kept my hands warm and dry. The liner of comes with is not touch screen compatible but I just used another pair of touchscreen gloves (Isotoner).
The gloves have a spot to insert a hand warmer packet, but I never needed them.
I had gone to REI and tried on tons of pairs of gloves and bought these and I’m glad I did. Great purchase, great product. I know these will last me a very long time.

I have only used these twice, but I have to say that I love them.
They are flexible and make it easy to strap in/out of my snowboard. I love the idiot straps that surprisingly, don’t come with all styles of gloves.
I’ve used them in 28 degree California weather though, so although they’ve kept my hands plenty warm, I cannot speak as to how my hands would feel in actual blizzard-stormy conditions.
These were on sale “like new” and the price was great.
I was quite disappointed though, that they did not come with the liners as noted in the description. The “like-new” listing made no mention of not including the liners, so I do feel a bit ripped off because of this.
That being said, I needed the gloves and did not want to take time from our day on the mountain to shop for another pair. I own other liners, so just decided to use these with my own liners.
Because of this, I cannot also speak as to the touch-screen ability of the liners.

Exactly what I wanted. Very warm (and Iโm always cold) went skiing with it on a warm sunny day though, but it was very comfortable.
I was worried about what everyone mentioned about the length of fingers, etc. but to be honest I donโt think Iโm advanced enough in winter sports to notice ๐
Happy customer.

Bought this glove in early Dec of 2021. Used them for the 21-22, 22-23, and 23-24 ski seasons. Use is approximately 2-5x/wk for 10hrs/day from November through March. In the last 6 weeks of the 23-24 season, the gloves feel packed out around the fingertips and I notice my hands feeling cold in sub 25F or windier conditions (20mph+), but the leather and glove are otherwise in fantastic shape. I do need another pair of gloves for colder ski days for next season, but will keep my old pair for early and late season and warmer days. I am almost always able to effectively use my gloves with my touch screen on my phone as long as the exterior of the glove is not wet. Highly recommend this glove.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size online. I ended up buying the same gloves in a local ski shop. They are awesome! I am loving them so far. They come with a liner that you can wear with the gloves, but I didn’t like how it felt with both gloves together. I think the liners might feel better inside of mittens instead of gloves. However, I do wear the liners for other things. I wear these gloves skiing in Lake Tahoe. They are awesome! They keep my hands warm, even when my hands get sweaty, they don’t feel cold inside the gloves. These gloves also wear better than the DaKine ones my husband purchased. His DaKine gloves are coming apart at the seams after 1 season of wear. My Burton gloves look brand new still. I highly recommend them.

Great quality but need a size bigger

Looooved these gloves! I’m a 5’0″ and have pretty small hands. It’s difficult for me to find gloves that fit true to size and still keep me warm. They come with liners in the glove which I’ve used pretty often when I’m just going for a walk. I’ll use the water proof layer when I’m going snowboarding.
Only thing I’ve noticed is that the liners have become less and less sensitive to the touch screen. It’s a little frustrating because I’ll have to remove my gloves completely and expose my hands to use my phone. I should point out that even the water-proof layer allows for touch screen as well but I just don’t have enough dexterity to use it.
All in all, great product!

I looooove these gloves. I run cold and take my dog on long walks twice a day in Chicago winter. My hands were suffering unable to find the right gloves. This winter I really tested these gloves and I am thrilled! They are a bit bulky, but I wanted something that came up past my wrist since I am moving around with my dog and want to stay warm. They have an awesome pocket for hand warmer pads if needed (hasn’t been necessary for me). They include liners, which I tried, and liked, but I haven’t needed them either. I love that I can hang them on my wrists when needed. I have slender hands with long fingers. I ordered the Small size first and the fingers were too short. I re-ordered the Medium and love them! I highly recommend these if your hands get cold easily. Added bonus is that they are touch screen friendly. The tips are too bulky for effective typing, but overall very convenient.
