Bought this for my cats who despite their own grooming can sometimes be a little bit pongy! One cat not keen at all! The other one was fine about it but the reason I have given only 3 stars is because I couldn’t notice any smell. I was expecting to smell a nice aroma on my cats fur once it had been brushed in but there was no noticeable difference. A real shame as this wasn’t cheap and Burt’s Bees is a brand I trust but this product didn’t deliver for me.

I recently tried Burt’s Bees for Pets Cat Natural Waterless Shampoo with Shea Butter and Honey, and I am very impressed with the results. This product has been a game-changer for keeping my cat, Squeaks, clean without the stress of a full bath! He does not like baths.
This shampoo is incredibly convenient. It’s easy to apply and doesn’t require any rinsing, which is perfect for Squeaks since he isn’t a fan of water. The shampoo has a pleasant, mild scent which leaves Squeaks smelling fresh without being overpowering. Once brushed through and dried, it leaves his fur feeling softer as well!
Overall, I highly recommend this shampoo. It’s a fantastic solution for cat owners looking for a quick, effective, and gentle way to keep their pets clean. Just don’t spray it in your face! I did it by accident, and it tasted very bad. Not at all like honey, in case you were wondering.

Es un excelente producto, pero hay ciertas cosas que debes considerar antes de comprarlo:
1- No tiene aroma, y esto es bueno, pues los gatos se estresan con cualquier tipo de aroma que tengan en el pelo, ellos se esfuerzan por oler a sus ferormonas acicalándose, y cuando les quitas esa aroma, sufren trauma.
2- Es un spray, si tu gato tiene miedo a sprays, puedes rosear el producto en su cepillo y no directamente en el pelo del gato, funciona de las dos formas.
3- No es agua como dicen algunas reseñas, tiene una cantidad de ingredientes para mantener limpio, suave e hidratada el pelo de tu gato.
Le doy todos los puntos pues es un buen producto, a mi gato le ha quedado precioso su pelo, no queda pegajoso, eso sí, no eches tanta cantidad sobre su pelo, creo que ese es el error que cometieron algunos consumidores que dicen que el pelo de sus gatos quedó pegajoso.

My review is mostly for the packaging. The shampoo came in a plastic bottle, encased in a sealed plastic bag….just like it should. I noticed some liquid at the bottom of the plastic bag but just figured it leaked a little, no big. Cut off the top of the bag and set the shampoo bottle on the counter, noticed it was all wet so rinsed it off and set it aside. Today when I decided to use it, sprayed a bit onto a brush – it sprayed fine BUT it also sprayed/leaked out the bottom of the bottle! Luckily I had another spray bottle to pour what was left out of the bad bottle. Then I put some water in the Burts Bees bottle and tried the spray again – same thing, the spray worked fine but it also came out the bottom of the bottle. Couldn’t see a hole but under pressure it sure sprayed out….so in the garbage it went.
I did use what I’d sprayed on the brush to run it though my long haired cats coat. The fragrance is nice, she didn’t mind it at all, too early to rate the shampoo. Thought I’d report on the bottle issue in case someone else get’s a bad one….maybe this bottle was the 1 out of a million.

I am surprised and delighted at how well this product works. My 20 year old cat is barely grooming and is looking quite scruffy. I sprayer her down with this and her coat is magically clean, fluffy and shiny! I love that it has no odor, and no weird chemicals. This stuff will be key in keeping the old lady clean without traumatizing dips in the sink!

I love this product. You don’t have to wash it out. I start by brushing my cat and then I simply spray it onto my cat’s coat and finish by rubbing it in with a washrag. At that point, I just seems like a massage to them. Once I have done that, I run a brush through her hair once more just to collect me extra hair . My oldest cat has a hard time cleaning herself and does the trick! I love the smell of it. I feel like the quality is great and it doesn’t scare my cat off. Her coat isn’t sticky or greasy afterwards and actually helps to remove access greasiness. I know cats love to feel pretty and this adds that confidence back:)

This shampoo smells nice and makes my Kitty’s coat shine. She has patches of orange in her fur and they looked like they were fading (she’s 8). After using this, the colour seems more deep and rich again. I’ve used other shampoos in the past, and they either made my kitty sick, or she just hated the smell. I put this in a deshedding brush with a liquid holder in the centre and brush it through her fur. It’s great!

I have had this product for almost 2 months. I use it on my kitten and he hardly ever notices it. It has a very light and pleasant scent and has the thickness and consistency of water. After it dries and after my kitten cleans himself, his fur is softer than ever. The softness lasts for weeks as long as your cat regularly cleans itself. Overall, the product has a high quality and is a great cost. The bottle is big and I haven’t even used 1/4th of it in 2 months. Great product!

I love this spray for when my kittens get a little stinky. Smells very good and light. Just spray and massage it into fur or use brush.

After I got this item, I used it which was a very easy ress spray, and used it. My cat was a bit scared thing it was water, but she was fine with it. After spraying it on her, then rubing it on her, the fur was very silky and soft. The smell was horrible, but It wasn’t good. It kind of smells like a dog. This product did work perfectly, and made my cat smell different, but best of all, made the softest cat I ever felt.
