UPDATE!!! I Didn’t Think It Could Get Worse!!!
On top of everything I listed below, now, 6 months in, this POS printer gives me an error message with EVERY print job telling me that I don’t have the correct size paper(I DO) It will also only print the FIRST TWO PAGES of any print job sent to it. So that means a 30 page print job requires 15 different attempts to print and 15 instances of the printer telling me I have the wrong paper. If you love yourself and your family and if you value your sanity, please do not buy this printer.
Please listen to me and donโt buy this printer. Or buy it, but go ahead and sign up for some anger management classes because you will need them to manage the rage using this printer will cause you. Seriously, unless you plan on using a cable to connect to this printer and never intend to print wirelessly from a phone or laptop DONT buy this printer. It will make you go through the connection process over and over again and still it will only print for you about half the time. The eco setting is a joke. It puts itself to sleep and has never once actually woke itself up when a print job is sent to it. It will show that itโs on, connected to Wi-Fi and has wireless printing set up and still wonโt print. I hate this printer and trying to get it to work is the worst part of my day. And for the record Iโm not someone that is clueless when it comes to electronics. This printer gives me the same issues whether Iโm trying to print with an Apple device, Motorola, Samsung, HP, Chromebook, you name it. When you try this many devices and still have the same issues then obviously the problem is the printer.

I print a lot of digital paper and I have but the only thing with this printer HP professional paper does not print a clear picture, faded print. Cannon paper beautiful print. Have not tried other papers yet.

My husband said this printer was the easiest setup for a wireless printer. The printer was already preloaded with ink. The print quality is great and no paper jams so far. The size is a little bulky but would expect that from a good quality printer. It fits easily on a little side table next to our desk. Would definitely buy again.

This printer is easy to connect to WiFi and it has a screen that shows you what job is being processed. These two features were very important to me. I also like the refillable ink tanks. Buying the HP ink cartridges that seem to last about a month was a pain.
My last printer was never connected to my home WiFi when I needed it and it took forever to try to troubleshoot the connection problems. It also didn’t have a screen so you could not troubleshoot problems without having to print out directions!
I highly recommend this printer for older folks who may not be as tech savvy as their Grandchildren!

I originally only purchased and used Canon printers. They have always been reliable and had vibrant colors when printing. Over the past 4 years, I began using Epson printers. However, those printers started to become unreliable so I decided to switch back to a Canon. I use my printers a lot for my small business where I sell things like stickers and calendars. So I probably use my printer more than the averge person/ household. I got this printer because my Epson started printing badly and I was in the middle of printing my calendars for the 2025 year. The setup was easy and took about 20 minutes. I’ve been using matte photo paper and the colors are bright and accurate. I saw some reviews say the printer printed slowly, but that has not been an issue for me. This printer is printing in about half the time of my Epson. You also have to be patient if you’re printing on high quality. I would have given 5 stars, but I gave 4 because once in a while the printer will start making this scratching sound while printing and once the page comes out, it has ink smeared on the bottom right corner. It’s small, but I cant use the printed pages because they are for a product that I’m selling.

WiFi is not discussed or used with my setups. I set up the printer per instructions, taking about 5 minutes to install the inks (4), printer heads (2), and then powered it up. After that, the initialization took about 8 more minutes. It sits there and sputters, moves the print head, sputters some more, turns the rollers, etc. . . .
.
I connected the printer using a USB cable to a Chromebox (and later, a Chromebook). I only use USB cables for my Chromebooks due to patchy WiFi problems with printers–so I always get a USB printer. (My previous one was a USB Canon G2020, which was discontinued–so I got this G3270.).
.
Once setup, this scanned perfectly, and printed all of my samples perfectly. Fairly fast and no issues.
.
Good choice for Chromebooks.

Print quality for everyday use–that is, not fine art prints, for instance–seems fine to me. I had no issues with setup and have had none in use. However, it takes the printer a very long time, for me at least, to get itself going. I’m using it with less than year old Dell XPS computers and Windows 11. I have also found that unlike my previous Canon printers, the ink this one came with (still using that) fades very quickly in sunlight. That would probably not be an issue for many people, but it is for me, So, if that would matter to you, this might not be a good choice. My three-star rating means that to me it’s adequate with some virtues and some weaknesses, but nothing to make me sorry I bought it or, on the other hand, recommend it as the best printer I’ve ever used.
