Love these chacos, they look great and are comfortable. The only thing I warn you about is the straps are wider than your classic Chaco. They rest on the side of my toe in an uncomfortable spot bc of the wider strap.

I’ve worn Chaco sandals since 1989 and they are the sandals I wear all Spring, Summer, and Fall. Chaco’s are what I’ve worn on every river trip since 1989. They are rugged, have great traction while scouting rapids or hiking up side canyons. The snug fit and superior strap design works so well that they stayed on my feet during a number of nasty swims in rapids (some mostly underwater in violent and powerful hydraulics). The soles last a long time and I’ve never worn them out even after many miles. If you wear out the straps you can send them to Chaco to be repaired. Recently I needed surgeries on my right ankle that forever changed my ankle and even the size of my foot. In past years I wore Chaco sandals with a toe loop (Z-2) but bought the model without a toe loop (Z-1) so it would fit properly. The Mega Z Cloud sandals I bought have wider straps than the regular model. They are comfortable and give great support. The models without the toe loop allow you to wear socks for warmth, which is nice during colder nights on the river in Spring and Fall. I can whole-heartedly recommend Chaco sandals, which are recommended by many foot doctors too. Chaco’s are the only sandals I wear! They work so well I don’t need any other sandals!

5 years and hundreds of miles hiked. Great shoes!

My husband wears these all the time, he loves them and how comfortable they are and now he can wear them for anything and all it takes is a hose to clean them off

I”ve owned severai pair of Chaco sandals and have been extremely pleased with their fit and durability. This is my first pair of Chaco Mega Z Clouds and, while yet to be tested, the look and comfort of these sandals are amazing!

Did not like the feel of the inner sole and the arch was high and uncomfortable. The single continuous strap that is used is very cumbersome to adjust and too difficult to get the shoe on. The strap itself is too short once you do have the shoe on and you have just a little bit of a tab to grab an cinch up to a comfortable fit.
End result, decided to return these and order what I had before; Nunn Bush Rio Bravo Sandals, which are comfortable and easy to step into.
The only drawback of the Nunn Bush is they are not as water resistant as they should be. I only, and repeat ONLY, use them in a kayak. That means they get wet as I get into and out of the boat, which I do two or three times a week. Never use them for regular daily walking. They lasted me a little over two years before the soles separated from the tops because the glue eventually breaks down from what I would guess is that they are wet for the time that I’m paddling. Needless to say that the tread on the sole is like almost new since they are not used for regular walking.
My quest is to find a really comfortable sandal that can last a bit longer time than I’ve been getting.

I’ve purchased many sandals over the years. My last pair lasted just over 10 years and finally fell apart. I tried on tons of different types in my local stores and none of them felt comfortable or fit properly. I did a lot of research and found out that Chaco sandals were on many top 10 lists. I read all the reviews across multiple sites and decided to order these….. I am so glad I did! They are the most comfortable sandals I’ve ever worn.
It takes a minute to get used to how to put them on but when you do, you won’t regret buying them. The fact that they adjust to perfectly fit your feet is something no other sandal I’ve owned does. The footbed is very comfortable and the grip makes sure you never slip on any surface.

Initially bought Tevas for a Disney visit but they felt a little stiff, so went with these instead. They are fantastic – survived 10 days in the parks with no blisters whatsoever, and no sore feet! They are very comfortable, easy to get on/off, great for water rides. 10/10!

They look kinda retro on my big feet. Feels great. Support is spot on. I am a white water kayaker. I love these things. The ONLY downside is that the tread pattern will “grab” and retain small stones. So, some care is needed to avoid scratching hardwood etc. floors. That said, I bought a second pair and tossed the rest of my sandals.

Really comfortable – solid love the wider straps.

I may as well chuck them in the bin. They are that abrasive on my small toes. Cannot wear them without bandaids. Also incredibly heavy
