I was thrilled with the beauty of these pans when they arrived. The copper is stunning. I’m much less impressed after my first attempt to cook with them. A simple can of refried beans stuck to the bottom and sides of the pan and I had to soak it for 30 minutes before it loosened. I guess I never appreciated a non-stick finish until I didn’t have it! I fried hamburger in the frying pan and the shiny interior is already spotty and discolored after just one use. Very disappointing and surprising that no one had this kind of feedback in the reviews I poured over before ordering.

Non stick pan is easy to clean for sure. I haven’t tried any of the others without the non stick yet. I’m happy with my purchase so far no complaints. Fast shipping

If you use med heat to warm up 1st it shouldnt have anything stick.use butter or oil.when cleaning in soapy water let sit a couple mintes 1st and wipes clean.i alway wipe inside with a little cooking shines back like new. Very happy.

10pc ? No matter how much I look at it or count the pieces it is only 6pc am I missing 4 pieces then or am I missing something here ?

I do wish they were a bit thicker but the copper finish is nice, the riveted handles are sturdy and solid, and the engraved measurements inside are very helpful. The sizes seem a bit small compared to store brands.

They had me at “Flavorful Thick Soup”. The promo video was pretty awesome. The pans are perfect. I’ve actually made Flavorful Thick Soup, fried burgers and made Hollandaise sauce and can attest to the quality and even heating of these pans. The stainless fry pan wasn’t what I was looking for but it will be perfect for making potatoes O’Brian and getting that nice sear. My former pans had copper bottoms and these heat pretty much the same but I think the key is to heat your pans at medium high before adding food to stainless. This will keep from sticking. Yes you need higher heat tolerant oil. (Olive!) I was concerned about the thin top edge because most of my pans have a strong bent edge that holds the lid in place. In this case the lid has an edge to hold it in place. But the gauge of this metal is pretty heavy so I’m not really concerned about the top edges denting now. They’re just so shiny and pretty. I love polished finishes. I get distracted. I would say what sold me was the glass lids and the two bonus non-stick pans. So many sets have things I don’t need I was really just looking for just three sauce pans. Which is impossible to find as a set so get this set and get the bonus nonstick pans! Did I say how pretty they were? Gosh….
