Bought this for my daughter and she cooked more often than not with this rather than in the house. Great construction and portability

Coleman definitivamente sabe hacer cosas para uno despreocuparse de su calidad y practicidad… Alta mente recomendado ya que hace muy bien los asados y lo mejor… rápidamente de una forma sana…

This is my first propane grill, and I am really happy with the purchase. On first use, I was able to grill some hamburger patties with ease. There was a little bit of difficulty in assembling the grill since the instructions weren’t that clear. I like the portability of it and the small size since I live in an apartment. It would have been cool if it would have came with a cover, but I was able to buy one at Walmart for $8, so it’s all good.
Update as of 20240703
I didn’t like the lack of variability in the temperature. Adjusting the heat didn’t matter. Eventually, I let it go.

This is ideal for camping, it small and easy to fold up and transport. Great for hamburgers and it’s a perfect size for a good sized aluminum pan to cook breakfast. It does take a few min to warm up so when you first turn it on the flame is low but make sure to keep an eye on it if you just throw stuff on there it will quickly burn if it’s on high.

I’m very disappointed in Coleman for putting out such a horrible product. For starters, I’m fairly good with mechanical skills and directions, but these directions are up there on the list of the worst. They definitely need to up their game on this one. Make sure you have the latch, or that’s what they’re calling it to hold it in it’s folded position is on the correct side of the bbq lid. Again, no directions on how to show that one. Next, what the hell is that chain for? I’ve read the directions and no where does it show what that’s for. Lastly, if you’re around 5’ tall, this is perfect height for you. Anyone that has some average height to them, your gonna need a stool to use this. I’m 6’ 02” and this is for short people for sure. I get the concept for easy travel and storage, but maybe having adjustable legs would’ve been a good design. Horrible bbq and would not recommend to anyone that has no mechanical skills to put together. POS!

Bought this grill on sale because the price difference compared to the old style tabletop grill was reasonable. The grill works very well. We bought another as a gift. Great for an apartment patio and for the infrequent griller. Also very good for people who cannot carry heavy bottles of propane. Not so great for taking camping because it takes up much too much room in the car. Also, does not store well unless you install wall hooks. Both the storage and the travel space problems could be remedied with slight design changes. Think carefully about how you will use it before you buy then enjoy!

I ordered this grill for occasional outdoor use during grilling season and it’s suiting the purpose. It cooks well; gets VERY hot even on the medium setting so one must watch what they’re cooking so it doesn’t overcook. I’ve used it for burgers, steak, chicken and veggies on kabobs and it’s done a good job with all. The grill surface if VERY close to the heat source, so again, watch your food so it doesn’t burn. My other reason for the purchase was the compact design and fact that it will collapse which will allow off season storage in a storage unit.
I did have two issues; the directions for assembly are HORRIBLE!!!! I ended up having to take it apart several times and eventually followed the picture on the front of the direction manual and a few inside before I got it together. Also the handle on the lid either arrived cracked or cracked during the assembly/reassembly process. Not being sure when or how it broke, I just used a heatproof tape on it and it’s holding up well. Since its exposed to the weather on a covered parking area I bought a cover (standard kettle grill cover size fits adequately) so I expect it will stand up well.

Exactly what we needed! Works great, no issues. The review that mentions that the grill falls off the stand when it is folded down and being wheeled around for transport is false. There is a clip on one of the legs of the stand that holds the grill in place. This grill is wonderful for a small apartment, and for camping if you have enough room to transport it. Not AS compact as the tiny weber charcoal grills, but makes up for it with convenience.

After reading the other reviews, I was a little intimadated by the potential of having an assembly headache. The unit arrives in a total of 7 pieces with the grill housing being fully assembled. The manual itself weight about a pound but is misleading becuase it contains instructions in several languages. The total assembly instructions are two facing pages. The rest are suggestions, maintenance and usage guidelines. The only assembly that needs to take place are the legs and wheels. The instructions are little cryptic, and the pictures really are not helpful. However, being someone who assembled IKEA furniture, if you aproach assembly calmly and logically, it goes together very quickly. As for screwing the gas bottle into the harness, you can definitely feel when the threads take hold and feel when they don’t. It took me two attempts to get the bottle screwed in but it went in smoothly once the threads caught. I can see where people might want to put lava rock over the burners, or tin foil in the bottom, becasue once started this things warms up quickly. Overall, very happy with assembly, the parts there were pre-assembled integrated quickly with the assembled peices and I was up and running in less than 10 minutes. Some of the pieces don’t make any sense until you see the whole thing assembled so just get it together and it will all make sense.
