These shows we got for our granddaughter hiking in Yellowstone. She loved them so much. They are sturdy, well-made, and very easy to get on and off, with the tie slider. Made our life easier and we were confident she had a great grip on the ground and was well protected. One less thing to worry about. They will last forever, much after she outgrows them.

I have purchased two of the previous version of these boots which were fantastic. When my child required a larger size, I promptly ordered this pair from Amazon. What arrived was a cheaper inferior version of our favourite children’s hiking boot. The boots feel flimsy, and every material used seems to be a lesser quality than the previous model. These boots are not even slightly water resistant, in fact they soak in the water and remain wet for a significant time. Due to time constraints, we are stuck with these boots. But this will be the last pair we purchase of this boot.

They look nice, and for a kid that has really narrow feet and no heel, they might work but we tried to pull the opening open as far as we could. Eventually got them on, but it will be WAY TO HARD for my grandson to put them on himself. So they are of no use.

My son loved these boots. He normally wears a size 5 in Jordan’s but the 5 ran a little bigger. It’s ok because he will wear them next year and maybe younger son can use them. It barely snowed here so he didn’t really wear them so the price point was perfect!
