Did not come with 2 Argon capsules as described

Great product, but it was supposed to come with 2 capsules and I only received one.

Simple to use. Although, what I didn’t realize is this is really only good for screw on tops (because it came with the attachments) and natural corks. I learned the hard way when I used this on the same bottle of wine I just opened the night before. Because a synthetic cork doesn’t seal on it’s own and the needle stabs in random places on the cork, the bottle leaked through the previous small hole. And because I used it a few times thinking it was operator error, it created other holes which cause it to leak more as I poured. At this point, I’m debating on keeping it and just making sure I choose wines with a natural cork or returning it because I believe a lot of wines I buy don’t have a natural cork.
Update: used it on a natural corked wine. Did it reseal? Yes. But I don’t think it preserved my wine because the next few days I went back to drink the remainder and it didn’t taste very fresh like the description says. Also, the cartridges don’t last very long either (again, could be operator error. But I’m not taking my chances of keeping it). So I had to update my star rating. Also, I just found out this isn’t returnable. Ehhh…what can I say other than lesson learned.

Now that I’ve figured out how to use the Coravin Timeless 3 with the help of YT videos I’m a fan. But I was disappointed to only get a single argon gas cartridge, not two as noted in the product description.

I am a fan of coravin but the package arrived including only one capsule, even though it advertised two. Considering how expensive those capsules are, I am not sure if this was an oversight or money saving scheme.

Box does NOT come eith 2 argon gas capsules. No way to get this resolved. Just be aware.

I purchased this for my wife for Christmas. When she opened it, we realized that it only had 1 argon gas capsule instead of the 2 listed on the Amazon description and on the product packaging. The packaged was in good shape and all factory seals were present, so it seems like it was left out during packaging.
I emailed Coravin support that night with details of the order and pictures but never heard back from the them. The product works as it should and is a great idea but if you receive a product that is not as it should be or is missing components that you paid for, Coravin customer support may not help you.
