As a fitness and nutrition coach, I’m always looking for things to make nutritional compliance easier for clients. You can make really tasty protein ice cream with this bad boy. I use the pre-made a fairlife shakes and just dump that into the container and freeze overnight. Blend it on the sorbet function then respin a few times. I add mix ins, like graham crackers, Oreos, m&Ms, cream cheese, mini chocolate chips, heath crumbles, etc, to keep things interesting. This thing is VERY loud and very big, but those are my only 2 complaints.

I had been seeing all the hype and was optimistic. After receiving quicker than expected, I tried 3 different recipes. It’s works really well. You defiantly want to pay attention to the “don’t do this” section, but it’s easy to use. Also super easy to clean. Outside of the pint that holds the ice cream there are only 2 parts to wash – bonus.
You will defiantly want to buy extra pints so you can have multiple flavors going at once.
I’ve only had 2 weeks so can’t speak to the longevity, but Ninja has a decent warranty so not worried.
Very happy with the purchase.

Fresh pineapple turned into a smooth frozen dessert is simply amazing. I have eaten this now dozens of times and it just doesn’t get old. It is like Dole whip, but much healthier because it has just the one ingredient, pineapple. I loved it so much that I bought a second unit as a gift.
Overall this machine has been pretty frustrating. I made pineapple first, based on reviews here, but as I branched out, using other fruit like mango and papaya and pitted cherries, the machine started malfunctioning, dropping the blade into the dessert. Digging it out and trying again worked for a while, until there was an awful grinding noise and the spindle that holds the blade was shredded. This was after about two months. Ninja was super good about this problem — we connected by a video call, they looked at it, had me cut the unplugged cord while online and then sent me a new unit. I was super careful with this unit, making sure that the blade and spindle were clean every time, containers not overfilled and everything seated properly and … it happened again, this time after a month. It also melted plastic in the blade holder and there was an acrid, burned plastic smell.
Ninja was harder to get in touch with but sent me a new unit. Having not had any for a while, it took me two months to open the box, and it wouldn’t turn on. I called Ninja and they had me send the unit back and sent me a new unit. This time they made me pay $20 shipping.
So this time, on my fourth unit in six months, I *only* make pineapple and orange — two single ingredient recipes in the book that comes with it. I quit experimenting with other fruits. I don’t know why mango or papaya are different than pineapple, orange and banana, but I don’t want to lose another unit. Pineapple is worth it. It is a fantastic dessert! I still eat frozen mango and papaya, just cubed and not run through the creami.
BTW, I also have a vitamix and you can’t do the same things in the vitamix that the creami will do. The vitamix is fantastic and can also make frozen desserts, but not the smooth, whipped pineapple that the creami will make.
Is it worth it? If you are trying not to eat added sugar, the creami is the best way to have a terrific frozen dessert with no added sugar, milk, yogurt or anything else. A pineapple costs $3-$4 and makes two containers’ worth. So even adding a couple of bucks per container for the unit itself, it is cost-effective over the frozen yogurt place — if your unit holds out.

It’s definitely loud like other commenters have mentioned but not nearly as loud as I thought it was going to be. I’ve only used it a couple times so far but each time it has been really easy to operate and produces great results with minimal effort

the machine is great!!! Like my mom loves this, she makes ice cream every single day now and the comes out so delicious and perfect.
But could you please fix the description of how many int containers it brings, it only brings 2 not 3 and my mom argue with me for like 15 minutes because of this lol is just 2 pint and the container where you put the pint container.
other than that the product is great

Me as a bigger(fat mf) this thing surely does help me lose weight. I use it to make protien ice cream. (Fairlife) milk and then fruit of choice. Or cocoa powder vanilla bean. You name it. Its perfect for weight loss if you get the right ingredients. Just amme sure to leave ur frozen product outside for 20 minutes before use

So the product itself is great and works so well!! Can’t be happier so far with it. Only issue was it was purchased as a new open box return. Meaning it was new and never used just opened box. Well it still had food crust in the canisters and I had to clean it all more than thoroughly. The blade was also left loose in one canister and caused damage to it. Thought about returning due to this but due to the discount and how hard it is to find we ultimately kept it and sanitized everything.
