    These pack work perfectly fine in a carbon wifi z790, after run a BIOS upgrade. Probably I will buy another one and jump to 192 GB in a few months.
    I work with Unreal Engine 5, and everytime I had to edit a 200 km2 map, I had ram problems. Well, no more with these pack.
    At rendering, they come in handy too.

    I couldn’t get these to work and reached out to Corsair who couldn’t help me either. Months later, I ended up trying another brand and the solution I found on a Dell community board was to install them side by side instead of the usual skipping a slot, the way the original memory was installed. I also removed and replaced the coin battery for the BIOS. Installed one stick in the slot closest to the CPU. The computer booted and thought for a long while, figured out it had a new configuration, and then rebooted. The BIOS showed a message that there was a new memory configuration and I clicked continue to have it go into Windows. I then added the second new stick next to the first as well as the original memory in the next two slots all at the same time. I’ll bet you could do all 4 at once. Once everything is working, don’t then go into the BIOS and reset to default. My system stopped working, and I had to repeat the install. I think default somehow has the original memory configuration of lower RAM installed in alternate slots.

    The ASUS ROG Crosshair X670E Hero motherboard does not support mixing ram kits. Even though it says it supports 128 GB of ram, there are no 4 stick kits for 128 GB for Corsair listed on the memory support page. The only choices for Corsair are 2x48GB and this 4×48 GB kit. I did get two Corsair 2x32GB kits to run, but only at 3600 Mhz for 5200 Mhz kits. (Each kit ran at 5200 Mhz if installed by itself.) If you are having memory problems with using two kits at the same time, you will need a 4 stick kit.

    I installed this kit, reset the bios, set the XMP profile to the one detected by the bios, and rebooted. It took several minutes to boot the first time, but this memory is running at 5200 Mhz like it should. My compile times were cut in half compared to running the two 2x32GB kits at 3600 Mhz.

    The ASUS ROG Crosshair X670E Hero specs say it supports a maximum of 128 GB, but this kit is on their supported RAM list. I also updated the bios to build 2007 (from May 2024) before I installed the ram. That probably is the reason it immediately recognized a kit released in January 2024.

    64GB RAM (2x32GB), Corsair Vengeance DDR5, CMK64GX5M2B5200C40.

    I had initially bought a Crucial 64GB RAM kit from Amazon (2x32GB DDR5_4800MHz CL40 Desktop Memory CT2K32G48C40U5) which *did not boot up at all* on my Dell desktop/XPS-8950 i7-12700K after many configuration tries. I was “sold” on the Crucial kit by all the positive XPS-8950 reviews.

    I contacted Crucial and they stated some RAM needs to be “trained” on a system, tweak the BIOS, etc. I just returned the Crucial kit and picked up the Corsair kit for about the same money. I’m glad I did.

    The Corsair Vengeance kit booted on the first try. It actually installed more easily too as the build quality is better than run-of-the-mill RAM (including the Crucial kit). Unfortunately, Dell is charging around $313 for 32GB (not 64GB) of RAM these days (as of July, 2023). Corsair was the way to go for me for price, compatibility and quality.

    Update Mayo 2023
    =================
    Después de unos días de uso algunos mensajes de error se evidenciaban en Windows relacionados a memoria, después de leer las especificaciones de mi core i9 13900k y de la motherboard asus Z690-F encontré que las velocidades recomendadas eran de 4800MHZ para 128Gb así que ajusté la frecuencia de 5200Mhz a 4800MHZ con el XMP habilitado y los errores se fueron, de cualquier manera contacté al soporte de CORSAIR con el tema y justo el 5 de Mayo ASUS liberó una nueva versión del CHIPSET Versión 2251.4.2.0 la descripción dice “Improve system Stability & Security” asi que actualicé y subí las velocidades de la memoria a STOCK (5200 MHZ) con XMP, he realizado benchmarks y pruebas de velocidad con AIDA64 y todo va excelente después de 9 días de uso rudo, agrego una imagen con el benchmark obtenido con los 128GB de la memoria CORSAIR.

    Update Abril 2023
    =================
    Crecí mi equipo a 128GB por necesidades de tener mis laboratorios y servers funcionales y mas que fascinado con las memorias, excelente respuesta con Linux y Oracle, te proveen bastante estabilidad.
    En mi experiencia una vez que las coloqué el equipo no reiniciaba y se quedaba la luz naranja de la Motherboard encendido, tuve que deshabilitar el XMP del Bios y colocar el valor a AUTO para que el equipo pudiera hacer el Boot, una vez que las memorias son reconocidas puedes colocar nuevamente
    la función XMP en el Bios y automáticamente se colocan las velocidades a 5200 MHZ.
    Ampliamente recomendadas estas memorias para tu ensamble.

    Octubre 2022
    =================
    Compré las memorias para un upgrade de mi ensamble usando un procesador Core i9-13900k con una motherboard ASUS ROG STRIX Z690-F Gaming. Me gusta ensamblar yo mismo mis equipos y busqué una motherboard que tuviera el soporte para la 13va generación de Intel encontrando esta que menciono. Realicé el ensamble en el case Cougar Conquer 2, el ensamble de procesador, cableados, conexiones y enfriadores súper fácil siguiendo los manuales. El dolor de cabeza vino cuando una vez instaladas las memorias CORSAIR el equipo no era capaz de bootear y prendía la luz naranja indicando problema en el VRAM es decir en las memorias CORSAIR DDR5, pensé que quizá las memorias venían dañadas o quizá yo hice alguna conexión errónea por lo que decidí repetir mi ensamble completo =D. Una vez completado el error permanecía y ninguno de los manuales ayudaba con algún posible FIX para corregir el error. Después de ponerlas y retirarlas N veces empecé a preparar una devolución de las memorias porque todo indicaba estaban dañadas. Vi algunos videos en internet y encontré una guía para un problema similar que recomendaban aplicar un UPDATE del BIOS. Por mi falta de experiencia desmonté nuevamente todo mi ensamble y realicé el UPDATE del BIOS a través de la conexión trasera FLASHBACK que provee esta motherboard realizándolo sin ningún componente instalado, después supe que no era necesario haber desensamblado todo mi ensamble por 3a vez y pude haberlo realizado con todo instalado =D El update del BIOS tomó alrededor de 20 minutos y una vez concluido realicé el ensamble nuevamente y WOOW el booteo se hizó de manera correcta levantando mi ensamble. Ejecuté la función de Overclocking de Intelligence Overclock de ASUS y las memorias fueron ajustadas a correr a 5600Mhz (su velocidad nativa es de 5200Mhz), después de más de 1 mes de uso no he tenido ningún problema y estoy más que FELIZ con mi adquisición, súper recomendables estas memorias para tu ensamble. Yo adquirí 2 memorias de 32GB cada una y si en un momento por alguna necesidad decido llevarlo a 128GB no dudaré en adquirir este modelo de Memorias. Espero mi experiencia ayude a alguien más en su ensamble / Upgrade usando estas memorias de CORSAIR.

    I’ve used Corsair memory for a long time. Never had an issue with it. I’m not building a super high end gaming machine so this will more than meet my needs.

    Not flashy, just simply good RAM for the value. Definitely suitable if you need a larger quantity of RAM for a cheaper price. Faster RAM speeds don’t make that much of a difference anyways, and I didn’t need RGB since my CPU cooler would cover it up anyways. This is probably one of the best values on 64 gigs of ddr5 that you can find, and I would highly recommend, especially if your CPU cooler covers your RAM sticks.
