UPDATE: its been one year and one stick has died. unfortunate. may have to go to Gskill.
After applying XMP they work immediately at 6000mhz, they dont like going anymore above that, although i have not tried fine tuning. They look phenomenal and RGB is very bright but defuses well, no hot spots. Icue is annoying and doesnt play well with ASUS AURA Sync but its not a huge deal.
