Straight forward to use. Cooks food well and very quickly-chicken casserole for four in one hour start to finish including prep time. Very quiet when being used, you wouldn’t know it was cooking, not like the old pressure cookers! No need for special pressure cooker recipe books if you have cook books for slow cookers just adapt these by dividing the number of cooking minutes recommended by 10, e.g. 3 hours 30 minutes = 210 minutes/10 = 21 minutes.

If you’re like me and was always scared of pressure cookers then this is for you! This is so easy to operate, makes no sound while cooking, and produces perfectly cooked food in minutes vs. hours. And for the steam release you simply slide a lever. Just make sure to slide the cooker out from under the cabinet before you release the steam. My first time I cooked large white Lima beans and the only downside to pressure cooking vs. slow cooking is you don’t get that thick creamy broth but the simple fix is, stir in some instant mashed potatoes and voila! Just like you cooked them all day! Best pressure cooker ever!

I really like it a lot easy to use cooks great . Meals turn out tasty tender it cooks in their juices.

Seems like a really good product. Bought it to replace an instant pot that I thought was starting to go down hill. Price was really good. I was hesitant to buy it because I thought instant pot was so good but the quality of instant pot is changing and not for the better. I cooked bone in beef ribs and it only took about 40 minutes. They were delicious. I also cooked corn on the cob and it was really good. I thought that this pressure cooker was faster to heat and faster to depressurize. than my instant pot. The pot was very easy to clean. Easy to use. Don’t know how long it will last but I’m really impressed with it.

I own a Corsori multicooker, but recently bought this one as a gift for a relative. I went to her home to show her how to use it to make pot roast. This version is even better than the one I own. It is much easier to operate, and the safety features, particularly steam venting, have been radically improved. This machine is wonderful for many cooking operations. It is particularly useful for those living in a small apartment, or folks who don’t have much kitchen equipment. It helps in the summer to keep the kitchen cool with fast pressure cooking or slow cooking, and in the winter it is great to come home to a slow cooked soup or chili. Steam cook your “hard-boiled” eggs for easy peeling. You can even purchase a lid to turn it into an air fryer. You will really enjoy learning all the things this little powerhouse can do!
