COWSAR Ice Makers Countertop 26.5lbs/24Hrs

Doesn’t make alot of ice at a cycle but it works for my needs.

This ice maker is easy to use, fairly quiet, and makes ice cubes in 6 minutes! When I first got this I stopped filling my ice cube tray so I would have to take the time to figure it out for my daily morning smoothie. I thought it would take some time to learn how to use it and get it set up, but I was wrong. I washed the 2 removable pieces and wiped down the inside with soap and water. This easily took just a few minutes. Then I poured bottled water into the machine, timed it, and within 6 minutes I already had my ice cubes for my smoothie!

The machine runs in cycles and will produce a certain amount of ice cubes at once, push them into the tray, and you can use the scooper or lift out the tray to remove the ice cubes. The remaining water in the machine is used to continually produce ice until it runs out or low on water. You can choose the size of ice cubes, large or small, but I don’t think there is too much difference in the size. You will not get big ice cubes like you would with an ice tray. It suits my purposes perfectly. I found that the smaller ice cubes in my Vitamix break down quicker and I’m able to make my smoothies quicker now. Win win!

There is also a small ice cube bag included, so you can take your ice with you, or store it in the freezer. I would recommend using this, since I tried to store it in a glass bowl and the ice ended up all sticking together. Haha!

Overall, I love it! It’s super easy to use and clean, and will come in handy for parties, and having guests over, and I don’t have to mess with filling ice cube trays every time I make a smoothie or use ice for drinks. I just fill it to the water line, let it cycle through all the water, and store the ice for future use. Also, if I run out, I’m only 6 minutes away from having fresh ice!

Just got this new product. The first cycle of ice came out . But then just stopped working, keeps saying “Add water” when I filled it to the max line . I troubleshoot the ice maker and still not working. I will be returning
