Great quality! Thick and heavy. Non-stick for baking and cooking and cleans up great.

This Cuisinart pan has done a lot of cooking for me. I don’t ask for much in my pans, just be flat, don’t rust, and don’t fall apart. This pan can do all that.
โ MEASURE YOUR OVEN โ
Please take measurements before buying this. This pan is wider than most pans because of the extended handles, and will not fit a portion of ovens out there (especially in New York City apartments). I literally wasn’t able to use this pan through a few apartment moves because none of the ovens could fit this. There was one oven that too small by half an inch and came sooo close (you have no idea how horrible it was not to be able to use my pans to cook). So please measure measure!
โ HANDLES โ
Now that I’ve used pans with handles, they really are convenient to have, especially when grabbing it with a mitt directly from the oven, or when moving hot pans around counter tops; it makes it that much easier to grab on to.
โ QUALITY โ
I took off a star because of the unevenness the pan gets when it comes out of a hot oven. It will lay on a trivet to cool, but will be wobbly from some heat distortion. The pan flattens itself back when it cools down (Also, sometimes when it warps in the oven, it makes scary sounds like something’s moving in the oven. It can be a fright the first time).
I have seen the silicone on the handles look like it melted off when I’m previewing my food through the oven window, but when it cools down it looks perfectly fine. Maybe the heat emanating from the oven is distorting this mirage of a vision. The pan is good up to 450 ยฐF/ 232 ยฐC, and I’ve yet to go over 425 ยฐF myself.
โ BAKING MAT โ
Silicone baking mats are excellent to use with pans. I use the AmazonBasics Silicone Baking Mats with mine. While these mats are slightly larger than this pan, you can still fit it on, with the edges slightly curving on the ends.
โ SUMMARY โ
Cuisinart’s Easy Grip pans are a little pricier because of the handles, so you have to ask yourself if having convenient handles is worth it to you. Recommended.

Sturdy and well constructed. Much better than less expensive pans. Well worth the price.

This is my second purchase of this article. Love the grip.

I love it.

Thankfully, I read the dimensions were on the description of the pan so I did measure before I bought. All fit well in my double oven. I also purchased the round pans and the loaf pans. The handles are great and while you do need a pot holder, they are VERY easy to grip when removing the pan…especially in my lower oven.

I love Cuisinart cookware and appliances. This pan fits with a few inches to spare on each side in my Kenmore Elite oven.
I got lucky and found this pan at TJ Maxx for $12.99. Even at Amazons price of $22.95 it’s still worth it.
