This machine is so very powerful. It went to a full charge witin an hour of my taking it outcof the box. A bit smaller than I expected. Haven’t checked it yet if it actually holds 4 cups..maybe up to the brim, which means you cannot use it for the full 4 cups. All plastic, so a bit flimsy. But that’s ok for the price, and the power makes up for that. It REALLY works well. Dont think it will last more than a year or two, because plastic is so thin. Again, that’s ok..price is right and I do trust Cuisinart products. I do recommend for the power and the convenience of it being rechargeable! Very easy to use and easy to clean!!

I received this food processor as a birthday gift and Iโve only successfully used it once and itโs never worked again. It is fully charged and the top is locked into place, the lid is closed and the blades are spotlessly clean because itโs brand new. It doesnโt work, it doesnโt make any noises, it doesnโt spin around, it is completely useless. Donโt waste your money, Iโm sorry I donโt have the ability to return this because I would send it back smokinโ!!!!

I had the older plug-in model for years and it served me well. I was skeptical about a rechargeable model providing the same power but was happily surprised that this processor didn’t disappoint. Easy to use and easy to clean. It’s a perfect size for me and my wife as we only cook for ourselves and don’t need a large one.

We have a nice, brushless, full sized countertop unit which…. gets very little use due to overhead in cleaning and all the pieces making it hard to get out for a quick job.
This works effortlessly. The battery lasts forever. Starts fast, and has ‘chop’ and ‘smash’ (or something like that, for nuts) which just runs the blade in either direction. This actually works quite well. Food is well behaved and spends enough time in the chopping zone to get a reasonably even job done.
And unlike many small ones (corded or no), this has enough umph to be useful.
Highly recommended.

Had to ask for a replacement, paid for new and got a used one with food residue and a bad smell. Gave a 5 star because I do like these products. I have the cordless hand blender and hand mixer and they work really well.

I was incredibly close to returning this because it charged (visible with blue charge lights) but the buttons didn’t work after fully charging. I was really bummed because it seemed like it was good quality and was a great price on Black Friday.
After packing it up, I decided to do a Google search to see if I was doing something stupid, and I found a YouTube video with the fix! There’s a little reset button you can press and that does the trick. Works totally fine now! Give that a try if you have the same issue.
Besides that, the mini chopper is really easy to lock and unlock, easy to use, and large enough for most things you’d need it for.

Very disappointed that if you don’t already have the processor charged you have to wait while it charges to use it. Takes away a lot of the convenience of being cordless if you forget to charge it when it’s low.

I ordered this without realizing it’s rechargeable. As in, you have to use battery power all the time. To charge it, it uses the old Micro-USB charging cable, not even the new, faster USB-C. Why not just give the option of instant DC power or cordless. That way, if I want full power without waiting for a charge, I can do that, or always use it that way without power degradation. I see this battery wearing down over time, as all batteries do, and then it’ll end up in the landfill. All in the name of being “green” though, right?
Power is decent, for now. But for how long?
