Easy to assemble. Just need two more bolts for the bottom assembly and another strap and instructions on how to stabilize the handlebar so it doesn’t twist. Just ordered two more. Wanted to see how one worked first

it works, but I am not sure my bike stands as sturdy as the pictures show especially on its back tires. as long as I dont bump into the bike it stays put. I also have a cover on the bike, and that made it even less sturdy apparently.

So easy to put together!!! But for those who are very casual bikers and bad at building things like me, here’s some additional instructions illustrated in step 3 & 4 (image included) : You adjust the back bars with the knobs to the height of your wheel and seat to get the bike wheel secured in the two floor rollers. I missed this at first, and couldn’t understand why it wasn’t stable and there was a gap in the floor. I see some people deducted stars in their reviews when they misunderstood this last step. The instruction manual and videos show all of this.
I live in a small apartment without a garage, so I wanted something that would help save space. But I’m a very casual biker with a cheap bike and didn’t really think it through. I forgot my unit has carpet and I live somewhere with earthquakes… The material is very light weight, so I’m not sure how sturdy this will be long term for when it matters.
While I may have to get a little more creative for stability, or only use it as a space saver when I have guests. But I still give 5 stars, because the value is great, and there was no false advertising. I will update the review in the event of an earthquake, especially if the bike is in the vertical position!

I am not the best at putting things together, but the instructions that came with this rack were extremely clear, and it was easy to put the rack together thanks to the labeling of each part with A, B, C, etc lettering.
When I originally put together the rack, the bike wheel wasn’t fitting properly because I didn’t adjust it correctly. Thankfully, this product comes with amazing customer support – when I wrote that the bike wasn’t fitting properly, the customer support was very patient with me providing suggestions on how to fix the issue I was having. They provided me a clear picture of what change I needed to make ie. in the original picture, you can see that the bike wasn’t being held securely by the middle roller, but customer support suggested that I move the bottom piece up (labeled 2 in the next picture), and that perfectly fixed the issue I was having (third picture).

I have a steel frame Surly with 29″ fat tires and had no issues getting the bike to stand securely. I live in a small space so the ability to store my bike vertically is a blessing.
The instructions were easy to follow, everything was labeled correctly and assembly was just a few minutes.
The stand seems to be well built and adjustable as advertised. I would buy this stand again and am very happy with it.
