Was worried about the automatic frother as that seemed to be what the complaint was from most reviews that were 2 stars or lower. Works like a charm and really easy to control how much of a foam you get. Just came back from Italy last Friday where we judge distance by Cappuccinos per mile or CPM and I’ve got to say that this little unit puts out a great drink and seems pretty straightforward to clean. Now my father wants to keep this one and I will probably order another for my house. I looked at a LOT of machines and for the price point this really seemed the best. Getting extra drink options wasn’t’, to me, really worth the extra $300 or more.

I love the taste of this coffee it’s great machine I just have a problem after 14 day using. The milk steam stops working. So a have to do return and they send me another one.

This machine is spectacular and looks cool. Really easy to use and clean. Makes excellent café level latte or espresso and using the nespresso pods makes the taste really good and cost effective. I must say I was impressed by this machine and makes serving when hosting so easy as well as quickly getting out of the house in the morning!

This machine is mostly easy to use. Setting it up, given no real “menu” or settings button is a clumsy press of multiple combinations of buttons. There are helpful YouTube videos online but you shouldn’t have to sit through a YouTube video just to adjust the settings.
Once you’ve gone through the clunky setup procedures, its super easy to use. Anybody could operate it with no problem. Quick, fast, and not very noisy.
Otherwise, the coffee is produces is OK. Don’t expect what you would get at Starbucks or from a real expresso machine. However, the tradeoff of quick coffee in the morning is more than worth it.
The coffee comes out nice and hot. The steamed milk is closer to warm – not as nice as you would get from a standalone frothier.
Although Nespresso tells you to use only 2% milk, plant based milks work fine. I’ve been using Soy milk with no problem.
I’d recommend this machine over the Vertuo line so you don’t get locked into buying expensive capsules from Nespresso. The older design has an expired patent, so you can get capsules at any supermarket. The downside is that these are expresso capsules, so you’ll be drinking lattes and cappuccinos rather than a big cup of American filter coffee (like you’d get from a K-cup or the newer Nespresso machines).
The “wash black” looks gray. Its fine and I like it, but it doesn’t really match the typical stainless steel appliances that are most people’s kitchens.
The price on Amazon is silly good. It was maybe $70 cheaper than the typical store AND I got a coupon for $70 worth of free coffee in the box. I took it to my local Nespresso store and they loaded me up with capsules. Great price along with Amazon’s high quality service and easy returns – what’s not to love?

Finally, I met my best coffee maker. This Nespresso machine could serve hot milk or milk form. In the Morning, I need a lot of brew coffee for my family, so I use regular brew coffee maker. And each person add their favorite style of milk on their coffee by Nespresso machine.
I use Nespresso for my afternoon coffee. Aroma, coffee taste, so good. Easy to use. Easy to set up your favorite coffee.
One point I feel inconvenience, which is when I wash a milk server parts, I have to keep the milk pod without lid in the fridge. How do people keep it? Use plastic wrap? Back to original milk box? ( I do not want to )
I thought if there is a lid for it, it’s would be nice more and more. ( I will buy if they sell )

I’ve had it for about two weeks and I absolutely love my Nespresso Lattissima Touch! I was on the fence for quite sometime because of the cost, but I honestly can’t tell you how much money I’ve spent on drip coffee machines, various coffee beans, numerous creamers, and/or cold brew over the years to get something that tasted even remotely close to a coffee house drink. None of it was good enough that I actually wanted to drink coffee at home. Espresso machines are both expensive and complicated. Who has time for that in the morning? Not me.
I considered getting a cheaper Nespresso machine, but wanted to have hot milk based drinks without the hassle of a separate milk frother. After the initial learning curve in which I made a couple drinks that were NOT good, I programmed the creamy latte setting to my exact specifications. Now, all I have to do is turn it on, grab the milk container out of the fridge, hook it up to the machine, insert capsule, push button, and perfect latte. Every time!!!
Are you on the fence about buying this machine because of cost, but still go to a coffee house on the regular and/or much prefer espresso drinks than your at home drip coffee? Buy it! I’ve done the numbers and each latte I make averages $1.25 depending on how much syrup I add and the fluctuating cost of milk. I spent $5+ for a latte of this size at a coffee house. Overtime, this machine will literally pay for itself. I’m buying my capsules here on Amazon (there are subscribe and save options), which makes them a bit cheaper than Nespresso offers.
I love my Nespresso Lattissima Touch so much that I look forward to getting up in the morning just to have my latte. At home. In my pjs! I also find myself looking forward to getting home ASAP to have another cup. Did I mention I drink coffee like a Gilmore? Pretty sure this thing would be Gilmore approved.
Where have you been all my life, Nespresso Lattissima Touch? You’re true perfection and I am so incredibly thankful I now have you in my life. Nothing like the perfect cup of hot, creamy, caffeinated bliss. Nothing.

It a great alternative to the gran latissima, as this one did not have a frother melt down. I could use whole or skim on this machine which was nice. Highly recommend if you like a good cappuccino or latte.

I purchased this product used. It arrived with a crushed outer box and a damaged but uncrushed inner box. Upon plugging it in the descale light was illuminated and the frother had little power despite my attempts to clean the frother with the clean button that you hold down. After descaling the unit, the system works good and I am happy with my purchase. While this system cannot compete with my DeLonghi Eletta machine, it is a great compact machine we plan to enjoy while camping. This has been my first day using the unit so we will see how it goes over time.

Purchased an identical Lattissima Touch a week or so previously that when opened it turned out to be a ‘demo only’ machine. Returned the item immediately (still waiting for refund). Purchased another and this time the machine arrived in perfect condition and provides great coffees as expected.
