I used to use NGK spark plugs in my cars but recently, my car was kind of sluggish and the NGK’s I had installed only had 16K miles and I decided to try these Denso Iridium Power Spark plugs and what a difference in power & performance – I am sold on them. I now get 28 Mpg on a 2013 Kia Soul and the performance is like driving a new 2024 Kia Soul minus the monthly payments. .

Put the gap to .040. About 500 miles in now, and is running great.

Recently changed the plugs on my 2013 Pilot. I noticed these were just a bit shorter than the NGK’s that were in there previously. A test drive after the change proved to be smooth with good acceleration. I was getting some sputtering with the previous plugs.
Changing out the plugs was not too tough. You definitely want to have a magnetic spark plug socket with an articulating arm. I have one with a 3″ arm, then I have another 3″ extension. This proved to be helpful when I need to squeeze the socket in a tight place then add the extension after it was on the plug. Take your time, don’t lose bolts. You’ll be alright.

I like Denso and these were exactly the spark plug that is for our Honda CR-V. Once installed the engine ran smooth. It will take some time to see if mileage improved but it was time for a plug replacement and I’m glad I bought Denson Iridium.
