I needed a pair of lower profile exterior lights for my windy rural Colorado location. These fit the bill, installed easily and function well.
The only downside is that the frame doesn’t allow the jars to hang vertically – they point slightly out and away from the mount. This can easily be seen from several other reviewer’s photos. I think I will be able to shim the jars to fix the minor issue, but they are installed and functioning perfectly on the back side of my home.
The value proposition raises them to 5 stars knowing some additional tweaking would be needed.

I am trying to make some simple (see also: not costly) updates around my apartment. I tackled the porch lights first. I will admit, I know NOTHING about doing electrical work. I found the instructions fairly easy to follow. I did watch a YouTube video as well, just in case. The whole process probably took me 30 minutes or so, due to being super cautious. The fixture is so pretty and classic, a great size for my small porch, and a great value for the price.

Only issue was the thumb screw to keep the glass jar installed was a little long, as well as the screws which hold the base up. Thankfully my wire strippers had a screw cutter. I like that the light is fully contained. Looks like a sleek, basic but very effective fixture.

Sturdy frame everything came sometimes you’ll get them and they won’t have the screws or other small parts that are supposed to be packaged for the price. I’ll buy again.
