Update – I reached out to the company, they want me to return the entire unit, which would mean more time, more labor, more cost out of pocket (not worth sending back for refund). It’s clear the pads are the issue, constant dust (front and rear). I can clean them every day and still the next day my rims are covered in black dust. All I need is new pads sent and I can have them changed out without incurring too much added cost. I’ll update if they are willing to help out. Leaving at 1 star till resolved. So far no acceptable resolution offered.

I’M GOING TO HAVE TO ORDER NEW BRAKES TO REPLACE THESE, JUST COMPLETELY AWFUL. Especially like the inclusion of brake cleaner, probably won’t need the brake fluid.
Only negative is one of the bracket clips was smashed and not useable, I cleaned up one of the old ones do not a big deal.
