Iโve had this hamper for 3+ years now, and my brother just saw it, loved it, and wanted to order one so I found myself on this page to share the link and thought Iโd leave a review.
This hamper is so cleverly designed: has a flat bottom so stands upright on its own, the top flaps can fold down and close up if you need it to for any reason, the handles are very easy to hold, and material is super sturdy.
Iโve hauled this thing around to laundry rooms in apt buildings and it looks just as good as the day I bought it. Also, in addition to being super lightweight, Iโve done some serious stuffing and squishing of blankets, towels etc., into this hamper so I didnโt have to make multiple trips up and down to apt laundry rooms.
For people saying itโs small: it would probably be small for a family, maybe even for two people who put ALL their household laundry in here. Iโm a single person and it works for me for about a week and a half to two weeks of mostly clothing, bath towels. The hamper can fit a queen size bedโs worth of bedding.

Love it exactly what I hoped for. I needed something to carry to the laundromat..haven’t been yet. But I’m optimistic.

Great hamper when you need an extra one or for weekend travel or guests. This would easily fit in a suitcase when folded flat. Roomy, soft, attractive, holds a Lot of laundry, including towels and sheets. I bought in both colors. Easily tucks away in the closet when not in use. The top acts like a small basket ball hoop if you want to fold it over that way — just toss your laundry in the round hole and go! Or use the handles straight up as in the photo — that way it’s easy to carry and go, if you needed to take it upstairs, move it room to room, for example, or bring your stuff to a laundromat, anywhere you need to go with your laundry.

I didn’t love this! It doesn’t hold it’s shape very well and I had a difficult time trying to get it to stand up when it is empty. Too floppy!

I have many styles of the collapsible DII storage containers. Since I have open shelving in my closet, I prefer to use these as a drawer by organizing my items in these containers and then storing them on the open shelves. It makes it easier to look for things because I can just pull the container off the shelf instead of removing them one by one until I get to the back. I consider these extremely versatile. I even have one on a shelf in my pantry. I also use these to store things temporarily.
What I like about this style is that the fabric is slinky and satiny feeling. Two sides and the bottom insert are made of cloth covered cardboard. The other two sides and the bottom where the cardboard insert goes are just a thin cloth that can be easily ripped by sharp objects or overuse. The cloth is similar to those grocery bags that stores sell for .99 cents. There’s a “tail” left on the cardboard bottom so that it can be removed to collapse the containers for storage. Note that the bottom has cloth only on the top side.
DII has a style to fit almost any decor. Although these are cheaply made and not for heavy items (I wouldn’t put more than 5 pounds in any one container), they work for me to store clothing, bathing suits, toiletries, etc. These are competitively priced at $12.99 for two but I still consider them a bit on the expensive side for what they are.
UPDATE – Note that in addition to these marble cubes, I also have their DII Polyester Laundry Basket/Bag Marble White, Hamper, White Marble which is too small for anything other than a child’s hamper. I would actually rate that item two stars because I am highly disappointed in that laundry basket. It is small and narrow and designed either to hold toddler clothes or best for a college student who does not have much laundry and needs to carry the basket to their washer. What I do like is that the handles fold over to create a “stand-up” soft-sided basket. The hole will not fit more than a hand towel through it or some shorts. To provide an idea of the size, this basket will hold eight standard-sized beach towels if they are folded and pushed down (see photos). I cannot recommend that item. The reason I am attaching the review here is because Amazon combines reviews for both these marble baskets and the hamper together.

Sturdy, nice material, but extremely small, I would NOT consider this a “laundry” basket.

DII Fabric Laundry Trapezoid Bin Organizers For Laundry Room. They are fine for what they are. little bitty bins.

I absolutely love these storage/laundry bins. We recently moved into a larger home. The home we had before was large enough for the six kids and my husband and I when we moved in, but then we started fostering two infants for a family member and it seems that is going to be longer-term than we had expected, plus we are watching another infant for another family member during the week, and we recently had another family member come and stay with us for an unknown period of time so it was time to upsize. However, the larger the house and the more people in it, the more organized everything has to be to keep it from becoming a total and utter mess. These fabric bins are perfect for keeping the walk-in closets and laundry room organized as well as the play room. Especially the play room. There are so many toys (tinker toys, Lincoln logs, Barbies, etc.) that should be kept together in sets and get lost if you just throw them in a toy box or one of those bigger plastic bins (which I don’t like the look of). These bins hold the various sets/dolls easily and they look good from an organizational standpoint, which is important since the play room is off of one of the main living areas and there are French doors with glass windows that lead into the room. Definitely a great product if you want to organize and want organizational tools that look great and get the job done well.
