Red Legs Fan –
I ordered this for my teenage daughter. Upon opening the bag, it was clear that this garment is not what most Americans would call a sweatshirt, which is typically made of thicker material. I would characterize this as a waffle-weave long sleeve t-shirt or knit shirt. Which is fine, it is something to wear when there is a slight chill in the air, but it won’t provide much warmth like a true sweatshirt. Think late spring, cool summer nights, or early fall (if you live in a place that gets 4 seasons).
With that out of the way, the size fit as expected. Construction seemed to be pretty good and we didn’t see any loose threads. You do feel the weave and the seams on the inside, which may not be appealing to some people. Care instructions say machine wash warm (oddly) and DO NOT tumble dry. I’d recommend playing it safe by washing inside out in cold water and lay flat on a drying rack.
