Love these and the “platform”. (They didn’t fit my daughter but she is in between sizes and I sized down). I’d say if in between to order up a size. She did try the larger size and they were too big. The size is a little different then her other Dr. Martens (don’t know the style name but they’re lace up and she’s had several pair). Super cute boots!! Wish they had fit her. Martens that are still great. These boots are very well made. Seller is great!

I started to send back because it was extremely tight trying to get on and I put my feet to the outside of the sole and saw that the shoe wasnโt too small as I assumed. So I started bending the shoe and had my grandson help me get it on and it was actually roomy for my size 7 so there will be plenty of room to put socks on with the shoe. I own another pair of lace up Doc Marten from 1993 and I have not worn them out and still trying. Let me say this IT IS WORTH THE MONEY BECAUSE YOU ARE GETTING A QUALITY SHOE WHICH YOU WILL HAVE A HARD TIME WEARING THEM OUT BECAUSE THEY LAST FOREVER!!!! So when you read the reviews just know that there will always be someone complaining about this or that and since I have no pony in this race then I AM BEING COMPLETELY HONEST WITH YOU AND YOU WONโT GO WRONG BUYING ANY DOC MARTENS SHOE WEAR JUST GET YOUR REAL SHOE SIZE AND FIGHT TO GET THEM ON INITIALLY UNTIL THEY BREAK IN OR MINK OIL TO LOOSEN UP THE LEATHER BECAUSE YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!!!

So happy with the purchase of these Martens.. I have done much review guessing my size and trying to figure out the right fit for me. I usually run a size 7 and ordered a 6. They fit great and are super trendy. I thought the high platform would be to much, but they are perfect. Boots took about 3 days to break in and now feel comfortable and is my first shoe choice since purchase. I highly recommend them and know that if you love Dr Martens… you will love this new look and fit!

Such good quality. I sized down from a 7 to a 6 and they fit once my foot is in, but very hard to get on and I will have to wear them a lot for them to wear in and be easier to get on

as other reviewers have mentioned, yes the leather is super stiff & hard to get your feet in, at least until theyโre broken in. i could only get one boot on without actual physical pain..yikes..HOWEVER, once i got my foot inside they fit perfectly! so i knew there was hope about making these work.
the putting on / taking off process was an absolute pain, i donโt even have particularly wide feet or a high instep so i assume mostly everyone has this issue with this specific boot? if you can manage to wear these enough or put them on/off enough to break them in on your own KUDOS to you, i couldnโt.. so hereโs the solution!
the tennis ball hack would be great if thatโs where the shoe was tight on me but theyโre not. they fit perfectly when my foot is all the way in. instead they were super duper extremely & ridiculously tight as soon as iโd try to slide my heel in. it was definitely the opening & ankle area that was the problem.
i was able to slide my foot into the tightest and most painful position during putting them on & hold them there. i used my blow dryer to heat the leather with my foot in that position. i did that all over the ankle area for about 5 mins each, i was able to slide my foot down a tiny bit more and more without pain as they were being heated. after that i let them cool off back to room temperature with my feet still inside them in that awkward halfway position. when i took my foot out and compared my blow dried boot the the one i hadnโt done yet you could see around the ankle area it loosened up and was a bit wider. i tried putting that one on fully & it popped right on like a charm! i did my other one & had the same result.
i have absolutely zero problems with getting these on and off now & i love them so much!! i tried everything for these before trying the heating method, it was the only thing that worked for me. hope this helps someone!

Amazing boots! I am normally a 6.5 and went with a 7. A little tight around the ankle but with stretching and wear they are perfect now. Like any docs they become more comfortable and less stiff after you break them in. I heat mine with a blow dryer to help loosen the stiffness. The toe is wide and not narrow at all which I love. The platform is perfect and exactly what I wanted. I love these boots and canโt recommend them enough!

These are so lovely and quality amazing, I ordered a size bigger but wasnโt able to put half my foot in sadly had to return.you need to have a verrry slim foot

ย I own 10 pairs of docs that I bought in the past two years.. not sure why I took so long to get these Chelsea quads but they are now my absolute favorite pair of docs ever!!! My Leona boots were my #1 fave but now these Chelseaโs will go everywhere with me ๐คญ
If youโre debating whether you should get this or not.. DO IT!!! You will not regret it, not only are they super beautiful but they are comfortable as well.

Le calzature sono bellissime, il prezzo รจ ottimo, ne ho giร tante paia di Dr Martens quindi sapevo che la qualitร era ottima, la calzata รจ perfetta, le ho giร uguali con la suola classica, ora ho preso queste con la suola platform. Peccato perรฒ che non sono stati attenti e precisi e mi hanno inviato la taglia sbagliata rispetto a quella che avevo ordinato, quindi oggi gliela ho rimandata indietro e poi una volta rimborsata riacquisterรฒ la taglia corretta sperando che ci sia sempreโฆ.

Inizialmente lโarticolo sembrava andare bene, non lโho indossato molte volte e questo รจ il risultato dopo averci camminato un paio di volte ! Assurdo, dalla piega la pelle ha iniziato a spellarsi .
