Update: the seller reached out to me and offered a replacement. The replacement boots were perfect. The zipper worked just fine and they are super cute and sized just right. Amazing customer service. High quality boots. Couldn’t ask for more.
These boots are super cute but the zipper is impossible to use. I wanted to return them but of course the window to return them is over. Don’t waste your money
