I ordered this because my shifter fell off on one of my rides. I have a 2006 Yamaha vstar with aftermarket forward controls. Luckily these fit perfect as a replacement for the piece that I lost. If your looking for a replacement like I was and you don’t know where to find one this is it!! As long as your spline measures 1/2 inch or anything from .47-.50mm this should fit your application. I installed this and put blue thread locker on both the splines and the end piece itself. The quality looks well made and it matches my bike perfectly. I will update if something happens but so far I’m very satisfied.

Installed well onto my 23 heritage classic. I made sure the teeth and the grooves matched up and tightened the screws down. I also used loctite. Somewhere along the way on a travel the outer piece fell off and i was stuck trying to figure out how to tighten the remaining shift lever so I could make it home. It seemed to be machined right, but something failed. Other than that they seem to be of quality.

Fits good. I did need to get a longer shifter shaft. But a really solid after market part. Fits snug, easy to install yourself can easily adjust your heel and toe position for your own personalized comfort

Wouldnt let me leave a 0 star rating, it dont deserve 1 star. These do not lock onto the bike. They will fall off. These are not made correctly. They fell off while i was going down the highway. Ruined my willie G shifter pegs and scratched my engine. DO NOT BUY THESE, they are complete junk. Explained: it should have the mouting bolt going slightly through the grooved area to lock it on. They dont have that so they slowly slide off as there is nothing to hold them on. I have floorboards and they held it on for a few miles.
