I was disappointed that this battery had sat on a shelf for over a year and a half before they sold it to me. (There is a date of manufacture on the bottom.) Hopefully, it was not subjected to very cold or hot temperatures during that time.
With no load, it measured 6.4 volts (good), but unless a battery is really, really bad, you can’t tell much by measuring its voltage with no load. So, I don’t know how good this battery is, I just know that it isn’t really, really bad. (Otherwise, it looks like it is in good shape.)

I bought this battery for a small automatic feeder for squirrels. First one lasted from October through February outside in freezing temperatures dispensing 2 times per day for 1 minute each. I purchased another one just like it beginning of March and it only lasted 30 days, with same feeding schedule but no freezing temperatures. I feel I was sold a weak battery! Poor squirrels will have to fend for themselves now…..
