Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Powder

I’ve always wanted to try this brand, and I’m not disappointed in it. Unfortunately I haven’t been cooking with Protein Powder as much, and haven’t been drinking it freely, but from the few times I did use it;

The flavor is pretty good. I really did taste it to be comparable to vanilla ice cream, so I couldn’t resist and had to try it with milk. That quickly became really good and somewhat addictive. if anyone has a Ninja Creami, I’d love for them to try this on it and make some ice cream. There was a bit of clumping so I feel like it was harder to mix compared to other brands like ON, MyProtein, RAW, etc. Definitely wasn’t mixing with just a spoon, so a shaker bottle is much recommended. As for the ingredients, I just love it. Once I’m back to the gym, this will be my go-to protein powder for the few times I need supplementation. The BCAAs and Leucine + combination of Whey Isolate and Concentrate should be a nice combination for a quick pre-workout shake, or if you’re not clever like me, an intra-workout shake that you probably shouldn’t have.
The calories could be just slightly better, but it’s comparable to other products that are Isolate + Concentrate blends, and I think this one makes up for the extra 5-10 calories with flavor profiles.

I liked that this product wasn’t super high in calories. Has a good amount of protein. I purchased the vanilla flavor and found it to be amazing. I have also tried the chocolate, which was good but found the flavor to be a bit to rich for my liking. I prefer the vanilla because I never get sick of the flavor and it mixs well with other ingredients I sometimes add to my shakes. Huge plus that it had additional Amino acids added to the blend. Highly recommend this product.

Now I have not tried all the powdered protein out there, but I have tried quite a few, and this hands down is my favorite. It doesn’t have that typical bland taste that protein shakes can have, it only takes one scoop, I like the mixed mine with milk, you get that extra protein, normally it mixes up smooth, it depends on the temperature of the liquid. It already comes with the ratio of BCAA, branched chain amino acids, and non EAAs, non-essential amino acids. And is made in the USA, got to support them USA companies.
