I was on the hunt for a cost-effective whey protein isolate and came across another review where someone mentioned ISO100. Dymatize has been a long-standing brand in the fitness industry and after doing some calculations, had one of the lowest costs per gram of protein. I ordered it and the taste is not bad at all. A little tip is to add chia seeds and flax seeds for some healthy added fats and fiber. It also all tastes very good mixing it into almond milk, or milk for some added protein. Great product and a great price.

I got the Dunkin’ Cappucino flavor. I’m not a fan of protein powders, shakes… don’t like to drink my calories but if I’m going to drink coffee anyway, I might as well make it protein-packed. One serving doesn’t have enough caffeine for me, though… I mix it with a black cold brew you would buy in-store and whatever creamer. It mixes well with one of those little frothers and it’s super creamy! Not too sweet, doesn’t taste horribly of protein and I like the added caffeine. I’ve noticed a considerable difference in my muscle-building since adding this just 3 weeks ago… I’m happy with it !

This is by far the best Cookies and Creme protein powder I’ve ever had. It tastes more like the ice cream than any other. I’ve had a few other brands that have little crunch balls in it but I didn’t like those.
This powder blends really easily with water, tastes great, and hydrolyzed. I feel like my muscles have gotten bigger because I’m supplementing with quality protein. My only complaint with ISO100 is the price, but you get what you pay for

I really dislike protein powder. The taste and texture gross me out. I tried this one because I thought it wouldn’t be bad and I was right. I mix it with some coffee and creamer, it makes it a little thicker but tastes like a frappé. I recommend using a milk frother or something to mix out all the chunks but once its mixed it its delicious. 10/10 have bought again and will continue so. Its really nice having your coffee after a workout and getting that caffeine boost to start the day but also having a full serving of protein post workout.

I bought two flavors, Dunkin’ Mocha Latte, and Vanilla. I like the flavor of the Mocha Latte, and it blends well. it does have some caffeine, so I don’t drink it after noon. The Vanilla is an insipid flavor, and it does not blend well. It has to be shaken repeatedly. It’s drinkable, but I will not reorder it. These are both low in cholesterol, which is one reason I chose them. They also have 24 grams of protein per serving, which is better than some brands. They do not have a lot of sodium or potassium, which is good. I will try other flavors.

I’ve struggled to find a flavored protein powder I like. I’m lactose intolerant so for years I used just plain whey protein isolate (no flavors, no nothin’). Most flavored proteins either add lactose in some form, have a ton of extra junk or artificial sugars, have weird/fake “too-sweet” flavors, or don’t mix well.
I gave this a shot based on a few different online reviews of different LF protein powders and I’m IN LOVE. Minimal ingredients and a decent price for a quality protein powder. They blend incredibly well and a create a smooth, creamy drink or shake. Sometimes protein (when mixed with water alone) can feel slimy to me and it’s really unappealing. This stuff mixes super fast and smooth.
And the flavors? NAILED IT. I’ve now tried the chocolate brownie and the fruity pebbles, both of which are amazing. The chocolate brownie has a rick chocolatey flavor without being overly sweet. I first tried it blended with frozen banana and a tiny bit of lactose free milk powder and water. Killer. The Fruity Pebbles I tried with water alone (mixed with a hand frother) so I could evaluate the flavor and texture better. It honestly tastes exactly like Fruity Pebbles or the cereal milk. It’s one of the few fruity cereals I can have since I’m also GF, and it’s a flavor I know well. This powder nailed it and again, no overly it fake sweetness. Blended great, was super smooth and light.
I would absolutely recommend this, especially as a lactose free powder.

I ordered the cookies and cream flavor and not only does it deliver on THE best flavor that blends perfectly with my almond milk, but it also mixes smoothly without any clumps. I love that it’s made with high-quality ingredients and doesn’t leave any aftertaste. If you’re looking for a protein powder that truly stands out in both taste and effectiveness, this is definitely the one for you!

This is definitely one of the better tasting protein powders I’ve tried since starting my weight loss journey. It does have that “dough” like flavor (or note I should say?) but overall, it is just a sweet vanilla powder. It also kind of reminds of Frosted Flakes flavor for some odd reason.
I will not give it a full 5 stars though, because I hate that it only has 20 servings. Which is insane if you’re using this every single day. It’ll only last 20 days. So value for money is not great. 25 grams of protein per scoop is pretty decent. I’d say it dissolves a bit easier than other brands I’ve tried as well. I think it should be cheaper considering how little you get. But flavor and protein wise. It’s pretty good.
