Exactly what we were looking for when our water co doubled our monthly cost some how. It won’t keep the ice frozen unless the ice button I’d on, then it runs continuously. We just fill our ice container, throw it in the freezer and turn off the ice button. Saves on energy and we have ice the whole week or so. It’s not very loud and easy install. Very happy with this purchase.

The first bottle I went through there was a slight plastic taste to the water. I did flush it several times before use. I finally cleaned it and let it dry out and the plastic taste went away. Overall its a good water dispenser after you get the slight plastic taste to go away.

Easy assembly, however, the first thing to do after setting up the bottle, plug it in and the tanks will fill automatically. Then turn on hot and cold buttons on from the back. The directions say opposite so disregard the directions . (So misleading.). PLUG IT IN! From then on it’s perfect. Perfect size, perfect temperature, perfect fresh running water no more guilty feelings having to dump all the plastic into bin. It just more economical in so many ways. I’d recommend it.💦💧

It was easy to unpack and assemble. We only use the cooling function and leave the hot water switch off. It runs fairly quiet. You may notice a slight hum from the machine in a dead silent room but our overhead fan makes more noise than it so we never hear it. It is significantly quieter than the one we rented before. We bought a cheap 3 tier water jug holder that sits next to it and altogether takes up little floor space. It’s great for our apartment because we cannot install a proper water purifier. Cleaning the barrel seat is easy. Drip tray is simple to clean. Cold water comes out cold. It dispenses a little slower than the cooler at work but that one uses a water line not a barrel. No leaks from the machine so far.
