My old drum was causing spots on my printing. The replacement drum was very reasonably priced and works perfectly. Highly recommended.

This a Brother DR360 drum for my Brother MFC-7440N laser printer.
It fit the printer well, but when I did MULTIPLE test prints the output is so light and grainy it can’t be read.
Printed something out of Word, Excel, and from browser. All the same.
Have sent email to seller asking for support, waiting for response.
***UPDATE***
The seller provided a full refund.
Even though the drum didn’t work, I’ve upgraded my rating to reflect the good customer service.

I bought this because the drum in our Brother was down to about 25%. Our printer usage has decreased a lot over the past few years, and this morning the drum light began blinking, so I installed the new drum. Install was a cinch, though I had to search online for instructions on how to reset the blinking drum light afterwards. No complaints, and now this printer’s probably good for another ten years.
