The Power Supply came with a pair of wire clamps that literally melted on first use. This would have cause a major fire or short circuit have I unplugged the power supply from the receptacle.
Do not use the attached clamps. When I contacted customer support, they claimed that they should with a better cable! However, I received the old hazardous style. They promised to replace it, but has been a couple months and I have not received anything from the manufacturer. Overall very bad experience. My message to the Manufacturer: ‘ do not include hazardous cables that does not match your power supply’s rating, and when your customer support promises something to the customer, you’d better deliver on it otherwise you will be perceived as liars.

I’m pleased to report this is a very good, well built dependable power supply. I used it to power my sawmill blade sharpener which normally runs off of 12 volt battery. I didn’t want to run it off the battery. Extremely quiet. It has four pads on the bottom so the metal is not just sitting on the surface. It has a light to let you know it’s turned on. I think it will work for my CB radio too. I’m very happy with the product and especially the price.

I purchased this to power a 5kw diesel heater that uses 12V power, since i didnt wanna wire it to a battery, then have to keep that battery charged up.
This works very very well the read out on the heater display shows a constant 12v, until it gets put under a heavier load, then puts out a consistent 11.8v, I would have expected the power supply to adjust according to the load to maintain 12v a lot better, because the heater pulls no where near the claimed max amps this supply claims to output, using only 5 amps of the 30 amps its supposed to support
I know there are other calculations to make based on other electrical parameters, but i just figured I went over kill on the power supply, it should handle it.
Overall very happy with the unit, but i wish it came with mounting hardware, which i know would be a crap shoot if it worked for every situation, but it would be nice to see.
The powersupply looks nice, the connections are easily made and displayed very nicely on the unit.
Very very happy with the purchase, it worked for my use case very well, and the ask isnt that bad either for what it does.

Amazing product! Very tough and reliable 12v source. We use this at our camp to run 12v tire Inflators for large psi RV tires, hi amp draw pumps to inflate our inflatable SUP’s, canoes and inflatable river boats. Lastley we use this as a 12v dc converter with a macerator pump to pump out black and gray tanks for waste disposal.
