This is easy to use with good instructions. After getting a full charge, it was ready to use. I like how there are different settings and timer options. This product does exactly what itโs supposed to: relieves pain while in use. Love how convenient it is without wires. Been looking for a product like this since they stopped making the Icy Hot brand. Also like how there are replacement pads for when the adhesive wears. Would highly recommend!

This is comparable to the Dr. HO but smaller and easier to place and use in my opinion. It holds a nice charge and gives a powerful or less powerful treatment with ease. For lower back I have my husband place. It’s tricky by yourself, unless you are limber. I need to order new pads I can see where they won’t stick for continuous use though, I’d give a half star less for no extra pads

I have used my TENS unit with the lead wires for years and it worked well- the wires were a bit of a nuisance. This one is totally wire free, it sticks right to your skin. Not a lot of options just the basic on off, and increase/decrease strength. But good enough to stimulate nerve endings. Easy to charge and stick right back on. Just wish it had a little more run time, it only goes for 15 minutes at a time. Update after a good several weeks: iโve been using this to get me through yardwork and pressure, washing a lot of outdoor furniture and miscellaneous items. As soon as I start to feel tired and fatigued, I put it on my upper back or lower back, and all I have to do is push the button again. It really gives you that burst of energy to keep going and finish your job! This thing is amazing! I highly recommend it for, how easy it is to use and how well it works! Amazing little gadget, buy it!

I’ve encountered problems with my recently purchased device. Despite diligently following the recommended procedures, the device continues to malfunction.
Specifically, even after ensuring the device is fully charged and firmly pressed against my skin, it has failed to function properly after just two uses over the span of two days. I have reached out to both Amazon and the Seller multiple times in pursuit of a replacement for a fully functional unit. Unfortunately, I am still awaiting confirmation on the replacement.
Regrettably, the process to address and resolve this issue has proven to be overly complicated and, consequently, has become quite frustrating for me. I’ll be updating the results later.
I wanted to provide an update regarding my previous feedback. I am pleased to inform you that I have finally received a replacement unit, which is functioning properly. However, I must express my disappointment with the overall process of requesting a replacement for the malfunctioning unit. There are several areas where improvements could be made:
Difficulty Uploading Video: Uploading the requested video was a challenging and frustrating task, primarily because Amazon does not support the transmission of videos.
Undeliverable Contact Email: The contact email provided, “service@healthcare-mamager.com,” printed on both the package and the manual, turned out to be undeliverable. Despite contacting several service agents, none could provide me with the correct email address. Eventually, after researching it on my own, I found “sales@healthcare-manager.com,” which allowed me to communicate. However, I was informed that this email was not for the relevant department. Even now, I am unsure of the correct contact email address.
Ineffective Customer Service: Throughout this process, I had to engage with over five customer service agents. Unfortunately, most of them did not take the time to understand the issue before engaging with me, leading to repetitive explanations of the problem. Furthermore, one agent’s attitude was notably rude.
Despite these challenges, I do appreciate the assistance provided by your team in resolving the issue with the malfunctioning device.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. I trust that my feedback will contribute to the enhancement of your service processes.

I use this tens on a regular basis & itโs great! Iโve had so many over the years and brand names for well know units have been more reliable. This unit is on par with some of the best (given the price). It charges fast & holds power for hours. The replacement pads are great and everything feels like a decent quality. More importantly, itโs cordless. Iโm able to keep this on my neck/back discreetly & take it with me ANYWHERE. Adding to the reviews here in case someone is debating. My grandmother didnโt enjoy it as much, but she isnโt a big fan of tens units in general. I donโt use the app, itโs just not been necessary. Easy enough to power on and adjust levels with your hand. Iโd say the app is for someone whoโs extremely limited on range of motion only. Otherwise, charge and go! ๐ I may order a backup to have on the go. Seriously a life saver while recovering from injuryโฆ or if youโre just tight from a long drive.

Having used ones with wire in the past this is a blessing. It works really well and love that I can turn it on via my phone by an app. It does definitely help my pain but it returns as soon as it stops. That’s down to my back issues not the product. I would imagine its fantastic on muscle pain etc. It sticks very well, had no issues with that. I would definitely recommend it because if something can ease pain it’s always worth a try.

I was looking for a TENS unit in this form factor, something I can easily pop on and off when my back acts up. I had one before from IcyHot and it was terrific, this was to be its replacement. Ive been using this HOURLY for almost 2 weeks now and its been an absolute game changer. In my usage, TENS units like this do not entirely solve my back pain but it reduces it to an extent that I can function and relax without my symptoms acting up. A unit like this paired with a back brace, stretching, and one of those fancy massage guns and my back is just about back to normal!
Personal details aside, great unit, its rechargeable, a feature my last one did not have (ran on batteries), it lasts reasonably long for its size, decently powerful, and they sell replacement sticky patches when yours wears off. I had to order a new set of patches, after the one it came with lost its adhesiveness (week and a half of constant use), and at 4 for $16, a decent enough deal. The IcyHot one I had was rinse to reuse but I’m not too upset about the pricing. I like the adjustable timer as the default 10(?) minutes is too short, but its very easy to adjust.
Overall, if your looking for a small, easy to use, rechargeable wireless TENS unit for localized pain, this a great choice. If my unit ever goes bad, Ill be back!

Was recommended by someone else and definitely not disappointed. Works well with pain relief. EAsy to use, charges overnight, easy to find replacement pads. Good secure pads, dont slip away. Different modes (need some trials which are clearly described in the manual to ensure the best mode that works for you). Needed several trials to see what each mode does and which one works best for pain relief. Small enough to be discrete and use under clothes (if needed for continuous use). Easy to carry as it is really small device, very convenient for travel and does not need a unique charger, charges from a standard mobile charger.
