I have been going to the gym for the past 3 years and this is my holy grail when it comes to creatine! Texture is great, dissolves very quickly in water, just give it a good few shakes. Gives me the energy to get through the workout but not enough when I’m getting jitters ( this isn’t pre workout)

I’ve been working out regularly for 40 years and have seen supplements come and go. Creatine is perhaps the most tested and most used of any and once people understand it only works as hard as you do the results are unmistakable.
Ordinary creatine servings of 5 grams tend to not dissolve well, cause fluid retention, and other occasional gastric distress. Because this is a tiny scoop of just 1.5 grams and “hydrolyzed” it mixes completely with a mix of juice and water or seltzer. I like to drink it during the workout as opposed to before or after as I feel it absorbs into my system better.
No need to “load” as you see still being recommended. Just the normal amount and it just lets you train harder and enhance the “pump” so the extra weight you can use eventually translates to real gains.
Try mixing in a teaspoon of Glutamine with your creatine drink also. Together it helps your recovery as well and is a super inexpensive amino acid.
This creatine comes in capsules also, but I think the powder (unflavored) is the best and least expensive.

The larger supply is so much more affordable , so you can double down on doses and not worry about it being cost prohibitive

After everything I have learned about creatine in my years, this buffered Kre-Alkalyn is nothing special. yes it absorbs better, mixes better, is a smaller dose. Yes that can make it easier, but I just wont be buying this product again. I give a 4 star for it because it is good creatine, but Monohydrate is just as good, you just need to stack it and preload it for a few days is the only difference. Monohydrate being cheaper too by a ton compared to this product is another reason why I wouldn’t buy it again. It was nice to try
but really, I like adding less powders to my creatine.
Instead, I’ve tried the Yi Nutrition Creatine HCL gummies which are amazing, I like to add them to my preworkout to stack with it. I don’t have to add extra water to my pre-workout, you just eat them and it’s convenient. I like to add creatine to my Preworkout, not my post workout and I feel that extra effect.
This Kre-Alkalyn was great. but its not for me
