Update: the seller did contact me and offer to send a new cartridge or full refund. I appreciate any company who can make it right! I’ve bought refilled cartridges before and never had problems, but this one is terrible! It leaks huge ink blots on the paper and leaves streaks about 80% of the time. I’ve tried shaking it to make it better but it only works every once in a while. Unfortunately I didn’t install until after the return date.
