La stampante ha funzionato subito benissimo, ovviamente per stampe di piccole dimensioni. Facile da usare ed alta precisione. Ma quello che volevo segnalare è l’eccellente assistenza del servizio clienti. Dopo circa 6 mesi dall’acquisto, improvvisamente, si è guastato il sensore di prossimità. Ho mandato un richiesta ed un video al servizio clienti che, nel giro di pochissimi giorni (3 ca.) ha risolto il problema e mi ha inviato gratuitamente un sensore di ricambio tramite Amazon. Sostituito il sensore la mia stampante ha ripreso a funzionare benissimo, come nuova. Un grazie al Customer Service di Entina. Bravi!

I’ve had this about a month now and I am so happy with it. I will say the wifi is an absolute pain to stay connected and the app doesn’t work well so save the extra money and just get the one without wifi. The micro sd is very accessible and easy to use. The upside is it’s a great starter 3D printer. It’s ready to go out of the box with only a few minutes of setup. It doesn’t hold large filament spools but they have an external one that works great. The slicing software is pretty much preset for work out of the box. There are several support options and you can learn to customize your prints. The only downside is I can’t find a switch to default button so remember what changes you make. It doesn’t print large and doesn’t have the detail for super small so you have a small range to work with. Basically I got 3D Cults files and shrank them down at first to get a good size range and learn about how the adjustments work and best plating. The heated bed is a must have for 3D printers and this has it all. I’ve spent hours now making files, printing and painting. It is just the absolute best for learning on. I returned my prior ones because one didn’t have a heated bed and the filament didn’t stick and the other didn’t have auto leveling and after one print started digging into the board. Also, do a leveling regularly so it avoids digging into the board. It auto levels but you have to tell it to. After awhile of learning the basics I’m going to upgrade but honestly this printer is hands down the best thing to hit the market for starters. It’s affordable, works great, ready to go out of the box but doesn’t limit your ability to customize. Plus it is enclosed so no need for an extra purchase or a cover. Amazing!!

I have a qidi xmax I paid 1400 for and its a pos that has never printed from day one failed prints after failed prints straight up P.O.S
I have and ender 2 not a pos but every aspect is manual and so time consuming to get a print to even start
This little cheap printer I though was going to be another slow time consuming pos was my expectation to be honest I was not expecting anything I figured I would end up having to return it
Butttttttttttt that is not at all what happened
This little Tina 2 basic has been pumping out unbelievably beautiful prints I have printed more prints with this printer in less than a week than I ever got out of the qidi in 2 years of trying to get a single print to print properly without failure halfway through a print
This printer has changed my mind 1000% on 3d printers in general this little thing I literally only have to say print and it does all the rest with unbelievable precision all the prints are perfect the first layers to the base to the end of the prints are flawless
The only issue I have is that it’s such a small scale so your objects are really limited in size you can print but if you want to print a small object this little giant of a printer is the 1 you need
I promise you will not regret getting this thing.
I wish I had a bigger version of this exact printer I will never go with any other brand printer at this point if this is the standard basic version I cannot even imagine what a larger scale printer from these guys will do
I am just blown away I’m watching it print right now and it’s so simple and straight forward no wasting time it gets to work within 3 or 4 minutes it takes me longer to save the stl files and save it to the SD card than it does starting the print process
No leveling bullcrap time wasting processes involved it does all of it for you best machine I have ever had and the cheapest I have ever bought and is the best one I have ever bought

購入して5か月、近接センサー(エクストルーダーユニット？の横についている黄色い筒状のもの)が壊れました。
常時接触している(=点灯)判定になり、レベリングが上空で止まってしまうようになり、
ただ糸を吐き出す機械になりました。サポートに連絡中です。
純正のセンサーに交換しましたが、1500円…。
交換は難しくありませんでした。
綺麗に線をまとめてある布を外すのに手間取ったくらい。
スパイラルケーブルチューブに変えると今後の交換が楽です。

Dopo circa 6 mesi dall’acquisto, improvvisamente, si è guastato il sensore di prossimità. Ho mandato un richiesta ed un video al servizio clienti che, nel giro di pochissimi giorni (3 ca.) ha risolto il problema e mi ha inviato gratuitamente un sensore di ricambio tramite Amazon. Sostituito il sensore la mia stampante ha ripreso a funzionare benissimo, come nuova.
Un grazie al Customer Service di Entina. Bravi!

新しい電源が届いた。
サポートの対応は迅速でした。
改良版なのか、スイッチの形状が異なっていた。
今のところ正常に動作しています。
商品自体はコンパクトで置き場所に困らないのがいい。
３Dプリントもスマホから無線接続、PCとケーブル接続、SDカードでの単独プリント共に問題なく利用可能。
Windows11 上の Fusion 360 + Ultimaker Cura を使ってデータを作成し、SDカードにデータを保存してこの商品単独で３Dプリントするのが一番使いやすいです。

正月休みに3Dプリントを楽しむべく、初めて設計した作品をプリント中に急に電源が切れた。
ACアダプターを確認するとLEDは付いている状況で、本体のみ電源が切れた状況。
確認を進めると電源ケーブル途中にあるスイッチが不良のようです。
単なる接触不良というより、ON/OFFに関わらず電源が入ったり切れたりとかなり異常な状況。
サポートにはメールしましたが、年末年始なので返事は当分ないかもしれない。
