We bought this because our laundry room is not big enough for a normal washer and dryer. It arrived upside down in a box inside another box. It worked great for one use. After that the clothes came out feeling grainy and grimy. The clothes came out smelling way worse then when we washed them. We called customer service numerous times to get it fixed but got no where. It’s a waste of money.

This arrived in the undamaged box after installation the dryer began to blink Malfunction and continued the dryer never worked. Attempted to get a refund and the pick up people never came.Iwas told this high end item couldn’t be refunded until it was picked up ,the pick up company said no on ever reserved a pick up. This was absolutely awful.I was treated so rudely and still no $1300. Refund
