Equator All-In-One Yellow/Black Washer-Dryer Description
- Compact size – 10 to 12 bath towels (Approx size of Dishwasher)
- Power – Regular 110 Volts electricity, regular wall plug – Since it is only 110 Volts and 1500 watts, it may take longer to dry.
- Shipping Rods – These need to be removed before the installation of the units, otherwise the machine will start dancing.
- Vented/Ventless – The combo has got optional Vented or Ventless drying Level – Machine must be level to avoid leaks
- HE Detergent – Must use this to have better performance.

Purchased for our RV, the combo washer/dryer is perfect. Small enough to fit in hook up area, correct voltage and was easy to get into the RV.

I almost didn’t get this washer dryer unit! I looked at these units for a year. I almost didn’t get this because of all the poor reviews I seen on here. But then I thought I’ve taken a chance on things so many people had bad reviews on. This AWESOME washer dryer combo being one of them! I did see a review that said.. this unit is definitely not for a big family! It’s ment for a couple or one person! That is definitely right! As you can see it’s a small standing unit about the size of a dishwasher. BUT! That’s what I love about it! It has definitely taken a LOT less space then my samsung washer and dryer that filled this whole space up that you see where this lovely washer dry combo sets!!! I LOVE THAT! I was kinda in shock at first! But the more I have used this unit the more I see I made a great choice! Just my husband and I now, the kids are grown have families of there own I don’t need 2 huge space taking units anymore! Now I’m thinking of what to do with this space I gained by down sizing to this AWESOME washer dryer combo!! I have been using this for over 2 months now and I think it’s gotten clothes cleaner! So if you are looking to save on space and down size this is perfect! Has been for me! and my husband really likes it too!

I got this thinking it would be perfect for a small home. There was no help with the install. The first time I used it the door opened during the wash cycle, clothes and water everywhere! The dryer is set for vented and doesn’t dry clothes, I have left messages with customer service/tech support and no return calls. Very disappointing product, especially for the amount of money spent!

I rec’d this unit. Paid to have installed in my 5th wheel. The unit was tripping my gfi switch. Troubleshot to realize the vent fan wasn’t working. Equator overnighted me, still took four days, a vent fan. Got that replaced, then it wouldn’t work. Spent all day of the phone, while my tech is here getting paid by the hour, trying to troubleshoot with equator. The unit gets super hot and smells like it’s burning. Equator wants to just send out all these parts for me to fix. I told them, I did not purchase a build your own washer/dryer.
I had a splendide in my previous rig. Wish I had gone with splendide again. It’s what I will get if I can get this one returned.

You get what you pay for! Washer works great but tiny and the more you put in the drum, the more likely it is to over heat and shut down during the dryer portion. I have it vented but find it works better (dryer) on the non-vented selection. Perfect for me as I live in a Tiny Home and don’t pay for hydro or water. A complete cycle (wash and dry) on normal takes 2 hrs 15 minutes if everything goes as planned. Great many settings to choose from. When delivered originally only one person came to deliver it, had to send back for another delivery date as I have stairs and two men were required.

Arrived and had it installed… it wouldn’t work and finally gave an E16 error message. There is a number to call on the top of the unit and when I called the man tried to help me troubleshoot, starting with taking off the top cover of the unit. This is what I found… parts that looked like they’d been kicked around and beat up… clearly not new. Troubleshooting did not work, and he said he had to do some research and call me back… he did not. I’m did purchase the warranty so I am about to try and get it returned but I have a guest in my AirBnB who is paying for a unit with a washer/dryer and this problem is costing me money!

Final Update– Take this How you want to.. The seller Spreetail !!!FIVE STAR!! AMAZING service They are going to swap out the unit for me after Equator will not work with any service tec in my area or tell them how to work on this unit – they keep telling them they have to work with the seller.. Please note the sell is just that a SELLER ..they do not know anything about how to service the unit as they are the seller. This is like getting mad at someone for sending you a text message via a apple phone and not a droid.
I can not stress enough to the seller that they should drop this company and stop selling al of their products
5 days have past since install– Equator did get back to me, but they now refuse to work with me since I bought this off of Amazon and not from them directly, off their website!! I didnt not know I had to do that to get their service. I contacted the seller via the number that Equator gave me – They were happy to work with me and get me started with having someone come out to look at the unit.. I don’t know why a company will not stand by their product. I will update once a service person comes out
I got this unit BRAND NEW 5 days ago, installed it. the FIRST load – washed , and started to spin then gave me this error E5 for high speed motor fail. I tired calling the 1800 number that is for problems left 3 messages sent a text to the number given in the instructions (no response in 3 days) decided to pull the plug and restart the unit, it then started the cycle right were it left off and went on its way. I then noticed during the dry cycle it was adding water – I specifically bought this unit over the other brands for this statement in the description listed above
I have this hooked up VENTED so I want it to use dry air only but it seams that it keeps dumping water in the drum and trying to dry as it would ventless .. Like I said I bought this for the vent mode to dry with HOT AIR only and its not working like that. I have also called the company today and the automated message says no one is there to take calls – it would be great if someone could call me back . I drilled a 4in hole into my $80,000 camper for this if it wasn’t going to work I would have got the stackable from a different company – if someone calls me back I would be glad to work with someone and change my review !!

It would’ve been easier if there was a manual at the top of the washer dryer on how to use it and how to use it for just dryer only

This is nothing but a piece of junk, since day 1 it’s been nothing but problems, first off you have to dry the clothes several times in order for it to actually dry the clothes, second it doesn’t drain completely so most of the time you have to drain it manually, third I’ve had this thing for less than 2 years and today when I opened it the door fell completely off it’s hinges and couldn’t be put back on, it has some good features, but there are more cons than pros, if you want a combo that can be used to wash clothes on a regular basis, then don’t buy this!

Just the right size for my RV BNB. Love the color. Great value and quality. Low noise , great capacity for one or two persons. I purchased two for my air bnb. Couldn’t be happier with my choice.
