I am so glad I ended up buying these pans after looking at several other sets. I live in New Zealand and the ovens here are smaller than I am used to having in the states. The largest pan fits just perfectly in my oven – yay! And the non-stick mats, why have I waited so long to use them? They are awesome! I just throw them in the dishwasher after using them, mostly because I’m too lazy to take the 4 seconds it would take to wash them, and they come out perfect. However, do NOT use anything sharp on them as it will slice into them (learned that the hard way after baking brownies).
I was also pleasantly surprised by how easily the pans clean up when things to get underneath the mat or up the side. It does not take a lot of scrubbing to get the pans looking great again. What an added bonus! And while I don’t use the racks often, the fact that they were included at such a low price makes it worth having them on the rare occasion I do need them.
I highly recommend these pans and I’m not getting paid to say that!

This set is absolutely amazing! I was originally only looking for mats. Then I saw this set…I was stoked. Not only is it an unbelievable deal but every piece is sturdy and I use one or more every day I cook.
They clean up easily; either by hand or in the dishwasher. However, I highly recommend NOT putting the mats through the dishwasher. Detergent taste gets stuck to them badly and transfers to the food. Luckily immerging the affected mat in a large bowl of boiling water and letting it soak did the trick. I’d say due to the its texture best steer clear of too much strong tasting cleaners on the mats.
I am so glad I got these. If you’re on the fence, go for it. I’m still amazed by the quality for the price.

I just wanted a couple of simple baking sheets to take batches of biscuits over to my folks’ for Thanksgiving, nothing special, just efficient. BOY, WAS I SHOCKED. I don’t know how they manage to sell this so inexpensively. This package includes 3 different sizes of baking sheets, 3 (coordinating sizes) cooling racks, and 3 (coordinating sizes) silicone baking mats to fit the trays. The sheets themselves were lightweight, (not so much that they twist or pop in the oven), very non-stick without the mats, BUT THOSE SILICONE MATS, Y’ALL! I made the most perfectly-shaped, great tasting cookies ever. They looked JUST like store bought, and not even the edges or bottoms burned in the slightest. Quality, effectiveness, design and great price…like I said, run, don’t walk.

I bought these to use in the oven for many different types of meals and desserts. The range of sizes was exactly what I needed. I have used 2 of the 3 so far and one was for cookies the other for chicken strips for dinner. My cookies turned out great and the silicon mat made them come off so easy. The chicken strip dinner I used the largest one with the baking rack for crispier tenders. The tenders were perfectly cooked and crisp. I have washed them all in a dishwasher and they were perfectly fine, however the pan I used for the tenders did not come clean. I tried to hand wash after and I couldn’t get what to me looks like grease stains off that pan. It tried everything even googling some way and still nothing helped. I ended up scratching it with a scotch-brite sponge when I tried to scrub it off. So definitely not scratch resistant! I will continue using them but it would be nice if there was a way to make them look cleaner without scratching the pan up!

I needed some new baking trays and wanted to try these, with the silicone mats. I had my doubts about that silicone turning to mush when I put them in a hot oven, but I need not have been concerned. These things are great! The pans are sturdy, I like the sizes and the mats didn’t melt. Cleanup is very simple, most a quick rinse. They also survive the dishwasher without problems. I ditched my remaining ex-cheapo baking sheets for use in the garage.

What can I say? The baking sheets are solid and well-constructed, but the addition of the racks and silicone mats take this set to the next level. I feel like I’ve had a major baking sheet upgrade. My other baking sheets are extra-large, purchased from an industrial supplier. And while they are great quality, having pans the appropriate size for the task is a plus and makes cleaning much simpler. 10/10 recommend.
